Great property. Terrible check in

The condo is 5/5. The property management company and check in process is 0/5. Loved the condo. Clean. close to the lift. Was able to go back to the condo for lunch and get right back on the slopes. Clean and well-maintained.The condo is managed by a large property management company. I was told check in was 4 pm and I would be contacted when the condo was ready. At 3:58 pm, I had not heard a peep and called. I finally received a text at 402 pm that we could check in. So, to be clear. You won't be happily arriving at your condo at 4pm as you might hope. You must first navigate the convoluted and difficult to understand directions. To the management office to get your key cards. THEN, you must go back on another snipe-hunt through difficult and convoluted directions to the condo. It was almost 5 by the time we navigated this maze of directions. I must mention the staff at the management company was helpful and responsive. I am a longtime VRBO user and I have never given a scathing review, but it is well-deserved of the management company.
