Escape to Keystone and stay in our luxurious and elegant 4 bedroom private home - the perfect location for your next mountain getaway! Nestled in a quiet and wooded neighborhood in East Keystone, our spacious 3,352 square foot home is on the FREE resort shuttle route, providing quick and easy access to Keystone Resort. In the winter, you will love to be a quick 7-minute drive to the gondola in River Run Village, or use your FREE Ski Lot Parking Pass to get an early start on the slopes. During the summer, step out onto the hiking trails and visit the historic town of Montezuma. After a day in the mountains, we highly recommend curling up in one of the 2 massive living rooms and warming up in front of the fireplace with a glass of your favourite wine.

There are 4 BEDROOMS in our home. The deluxe master bedroom features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two other bedrooms each feature a King bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a Queen bed. An additional sectional with a Queen pull-out sofa bed accommodates extra guests or the kids.

Get ready for your day in one of the 3 BATHROOMS. The master bath features a cozy jetted tub, double sinks, a glass shower, and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. On the lower level, you'll find a second washer and dryer!

Sit back and relax in the 2 LIVING AREAS, each featuring a lovely gas fireplace. Read a great cook on the sofas or watch your favorite movie on TV. We think you'll love the views from the huge windows, letting in lots of natural light. Step outside onto one of the many decks or patios to breathe the fresh mountain air and take in the beauty of Colorado.

Prepare meals in the granite KITCHEN, equipped with Bosch and Thermadore appliances, a large island for the group to gather around, and plenty of space. Enjoy your meals around the grand dining table with seating. If you'd like to cook in-house, we'd recommend picking up the necessities at the Rockin' R Ranch Trading Post in town.

You will love to stay at our home in Settlers Creek Estates, where you can enjoy access to Minnie's Cabin, a few steps away. Dive into the year-round outdoor heated pool before warming up in the hot tub. Grill up your favourite meal in the shared BBQ area and then play pool with your group. We think you'll love to travel around this beautiful area by car, and there are 2 FREE garage parking spaces, along with 3 spaces in the driveway. Complimentary shuttle access from the Settlers Creek Estates makes getting around Keystone quick and convenient. In addition to world-class skiing at Keystone Ski Resort, Keystone offers premier dining experiences at award-winning restaurants, shopping, nightlife and year-round family activities.

Upon arrival, please note that a fully-refundable key deposit will be collected and will be released at check-out when the physical house keys are returned to the front desk.
