The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat-screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace. Additional blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers slope views to the south and overlooks Dercum Square which features an ice rink during winter and a miniature golf course during the summer.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four people. The guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination, with dual entry from the living area and the guest bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The fully remodeled en suite bathroom has double sinks, a tiled walk-in shower, and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle, as well as a TV and en suite access to the guest bathroom.
