A near one of a kind condo with three bedrooms, spread over 1,345 square feet, on the third floor of The Springs just steps from the gondola in River Run Village. The panoramic corner view showcases Keystone and the Gondola at River Run. The condo boasts numerous upgrades, including designer furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass inclosed walk-in showers and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Beyond the three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms, and one that features 2 fun and sturdy bunk beds for kids or adults. You will find a spacious open living room/kitchen/dining layout with seating for 9 people.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on one of the two private balconies or simply relax and take in the breathtaking view of Colorado’s premier ski resort. And did I mention that it comes with its own in-unit washer and dryer!

During your stay at The Springs, you’ll have access to all the best amenities in Keystone. Enjoy the incredible year-round heated pool, hot tubs, a top-rated fitness room, steam room, theater room and a heated multi-level garage with EV charging.

The stay was nice as were the amenities with the exception of extremely cheap paper products provided in the unit and the need for some repairs. Other than that it was great. The unit was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Large beds, great use of spaces, amenities at the facility are more for younger kids, but we didn't need. Washer and dryer were a plus. Plenty of kitchen essentials for eight people. Oliver is a great communicator, and host.

Great location with lots of room

This condo was in a great location and was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was clean and well maintained. Hot tubs and pool were fantastic. Some previous reviews mentioned the construction. It was still going on but in no way was disruptive to our enjoyment of the condo. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location and wonderful layout

The property location could not have been better. A quick 3 minute walk to the gondola. Staying here with 2 families it was perfect to have a generous living area, 2 master suites and a bunk bed room. All the finishes and equipment in the unit were great. Could not get the TV to work, but that gave us more reason to unplug and play card games together. The host wa very responsive with any issues.

Great Location, but Disruptive Construction

Our group of two families (four parents, four kids) stayed at this property for our very first ski trip, and while the location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the gondola—there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The space was well laid out for our group, and the partial mountain views were beautiful.Unfortunately, the listing does not reflect the current reality of the property. A large construction project directly in front of the unit significantly obstructs the view, despite the listing photos suggesting otherwise. Construction noise began as early as 7 a.m. on weekdays, disrupting our sleep. Additionally, construction vehicles frequently blocked walkways, making the path to the gondola hazardous.Before booking, we inquired about the construction after seeing similar concerns in reviews, and the owner assured us there would be no impact. However, that was not the case, and our request for a discount given the misleading information was denied.Overall, the location is great and the unit is nice, but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway without early morning construction noise and safety concerns, this may not be the best choice until the construction is complete.

Keystone visit

We had meetings in Keystone and needed a place to stay for the three of us. The only feedback I have is to provide more detail regarding parking and parking access, limited to one car and garage access location and instructions. If it was provided didn't see it.Thanks!

Beautiful But Frustrated!!

First off, the cleanliness and decor of this place is top notch! The communication and needs in the home were all met with no issues. Here is what i am frustrated with. I booked this place based off of the ratings and the pictures alone. I neglected to read the reviews and if I had I would have seen this place was surrounded by construction. From 7:15 to 5 each day except Sunday your greeted with heavy equipment beeping, chiseling, hammering yelling and banging. If you leave the windows closed and turn up the tv its tolerable at best. But, since the unit has no AC and the windows need to be closed during the day, the temps rise to the upper 70s or lower 80's when the temps outside are in the mid 70s. Also, since the construction safety fence was up in the back the access to the recpath is blocked off and only accessible by going out to the road and around the long way to River Run. In closing this frustration is NOT pointed at Oliver or his home, only the neighborhood construction and the crane operation right outside your bedroom window. Would i go back in a couple years after its all finished....absolutely, just not until then.
