Spring break snow ski

The location is great. My family had five ranging from ages 17-14 and 12. It was tight with it only having 2 beds. If you use the fold out couch, it takes up the entire family room. Very quiet area. For two bedroom condo in the village at Keystone - My only concern is that the five of us it was tigh t. It was very clean and close to the elevator on the 3rd floor.

Okay for a quick trip

The bedroom sizes were fine, but the main living area and kitchen were tiny. Definitely a challenge to fit five people. Location is excellent!

Wonderful Stay with Summit County!

Loved the location, in the middle of river run village. Great grocery store right under. Had to call maintenance twice during our stay, once for the heating and once for the dishwasher. Kitchen sink faucet was not secure and kept dripping.

The condo the kids wanted to be at when they were tired of skiing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location location location. Arapaho Lodge is ski-in ski-out, a three minute walk to the River Run Gondola. That’s the best lift to start from each day because it takes you to the top, and when it’s freezing outside, the Gondola is a warm retreat. There’s also the heated outdoor pool, and hot tubs in the courtyard outside the building. River Run Village was enjoyable, skiing Keystone was enjoyable. We had an awesome tripThe unit itself was a great place to make home for our trip. A master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a pull out couch gave us our own spaces. There is a heated parking garage below, so convenient, and nice to not have to trek gear far (we skied a day at another resort) or get into a frozen car.We did need an extra keycard, and it was easy to just text building management to get that resolved easily. Very responsive.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good stay, 2nd year we have stayed in the same unit.If you are skiing Keystone or A-basin, there is no better locationThe home was clean, However we did have a few issues this last stay. On our first night there was a several hour power outage. When the power came on. No internet, no cable TV and no hot water the NEXT day.Slow response from the HOA,(Not the rental company) Poor internet, no TV for one day, no hot water for most of our 2nd day. I understand the issues were circumstantial in nature but it did put a damper on things.The vacation rental management staff was helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Used linen left on bed despite our request to leave clean linen on the bed without having housekeeping do the beds in the hope that the line.would be fresh if housekeeping didn’t have to do the work. We have stayed with summit county multiple times and learned to carry our own linen as we come for longer than typical stays. It’s always been the same story. Unfortunately most visitors have too much trust in hospitality standards and don’t take the trouble to flip on a phone flashlight, peal back the linen and examine it for multiple strands of hair on pillow cases, duvet covers and the fitted sheet. Static in fresh line can attracts strands of hair but not a half a dozen and clumps of them sometimes as was the case at our recent stay at your property, other telltale signs are the destroyed creases from linen folds in the middle of the bed while they are intact at the sides as it takes sustained body weight to destroy them. Housekeeping stretching out used fitted sheets and leaving used duvet covers is a significantly prevalent issue at facilities where management does not proactively inspect work and the laundering of linen is done in house which undermines accountability as staff simply folds used and seemingly unsoiled linen without laundering them. How donI know where to look for such lapses in service? Besides having travel a lot I have worked in the industry in top rated hotels across Europe and the US so I am all to aware of these simple steps to determine sanitary conditions of guest rooms in most settings.

Great Stay for Conference

Perfect location with an excellent floor plan. Didn’t worry about disturbing my friend’s sleep, plus everyone had their own bathroom. Quick drive to conference center. Would definitely stay here again.
