The River Run Village features many restaurants, golf and specialty shopping, rental shops, coffee houses and a night club, all in a quaint Alpine walking-mall setting. Above and among the shops are 12 distinct condo buildings with one, two and three bedroom condos.

The plush lodge surroundings of the Timbers is an world class, Rocky Mountain, top-scale condominium complex that captures the essence of a true ski-in/ski-out resort. This year-round destination resort, located slopeside in River Run, features the one of the finest ski-in/ski-out experience in North America.

Features include sleeps up to six, but most comfortable with 4. One large master bedroom with King-size bed, full size pull-down murphy bed and queen-size sofa-sleeper in living room. Ski out your door and down to the gondola. Services include free WiFi, private ski lockers, park in the underground heated garage on the mountain, full gourmet kitchen with all utensils, Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, 42-inch flat-screen TV, 26-inch flat screen in Master, digital cable and High Definition receiver, part of the $800 million River Run Resort, and much much more.

Perfect Location

Our ski trips are planned around access to the slopes and this condo did not disappoint. The unit is on the second floor, which is the same as the bridge out the back of the building. Once out, a short walk (less than 3 minutes) gets you right to the Summit Express chairlift. If you prefer the gondola, less than 5 minutes. We have two teenage boys (15 and 17) and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. I loved the drop-down murphy bed in the den area. Loved it, wish we were still there!

Great Location on Keystone

This is a modern, bright, and comfortable condo in one of the best spots on Keystone. Conditions permitting, you can ski in and out. Otherwise, it’s only a 150-yard walk to the edge of the River Run trail, then an easy glide down to the Mountain Express lift. The set-up is super-easy, with a full locker downstairs, enabling you to boot-up and walk out with your skis directly to the mountain. The kitchen has plenty of capacity, with high-end appliances and a gas stove-top. Common amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and lounge, are all top-notch. The local property manager appeared overwhelmed the day we arrived and turned over the house two hours late.It’s a great ski-in spot at our favorite resort in the Rockies.

Fantastic place and a great Keystone experience!

This was our 2nd visit to Keystone, first stay at The Timbers. This condo was wonderful! Clean, well equipped, spacious enough for our family of 4 (kids 9 and 12). It had every convenience we could wish for to make our stay smooth and comfortable. Having the 'den' area with a murphy bed for the kids was a big plus, really made it feel like they had their own separate space, instead of being piled on the couch in the living room. We loved having laundry in the unit, it made drying wet ski layers quick, and we didn't have to trudge around the building with bags of dirty clothes, or hunt for quarters, like in some other places we stayed at in the past. The building has a fantastic warm indoor-outdoor pool for the kids and a nice hot tub. But the best part was the convenience of literally waling out of the back door, clipping into our skis, and sliding directly to the main lift and gondola. Proper ski in/out. Fantastic place. Would love to stay there again.

Great ski in/Ski out condo with lot of amenities

Myself and two of my kids under 10 stayed here for a quick birthday trip to Keystone and loved the ski in/ski out access as well as the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and work out room. We also made use of the grill by the pool for some quick meals on the grill.

Wonderful Keystone Ski In - Ski Out

Great condo! Parking garage is nice and kept our car covered and warm. The walkway to the ski slopes is on the 2nd floor (same as condo) and a quick one minute walk to your skis after a lunch break. The beds were comfy and we just loved the setup of this condo. Enough space and with 2 full baths it was quick to get ready and get the boys out for the day of skiing. Wew loved it!

It was perfection!!! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. Second floor right off the bridge… What’s not to love?! The decor was beautifully mountainous, and all of the seating very comfortable. The kitchen set up made it so easy to cook for a week. I would come back in a minute. Thank you for having me.

Excellent location

We loved that this property is so close to the lift/gondola and all the restaurants. The condo is a very nice size and located on the opposite side of the building from the pool area, making for a quiet relaxing stay. The building is well maintained and very clean. We are very picky about cleanliness, and we were not disappointed.

Great Anniversary Week!!

Location, Location, Location. We loved our week at Keystone. We loved storing our equipment at the condo. We loved walking to River Run village for dinner most nights. We loved parking in the garage under our unit. The unit was fantastic and the host communication was excellent. Just perfect for a couple or a family with small kids.

Happy Family

Short weekend stay. Very convenient location with easy ski in/out through the back and nice cleared walking path into the River Run Village. The walk took about 2-3 minutes. We will definitely stay here again! Owner checked on us during our stay and appreciated the at touch.

Excellent Location and host communication

Wonderful property, tru ski in and ski out option to River Run, and very clean property all around. Only issue was we had difficulty sleeping probably because of altitude sickness. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Thank you!

Perfect place

This was exactly what we wanted. Cute and cozy with hot tub and pool on premises. My husband and son both skied and this property is a true ski in ski out. I took the short walk into the village which was very convenient for morning coffee, lunch and dinner. We will stay here again.

Great Property for Skiing with Family

We went skiing in Keystone (River Run) with two kids in March. The condo facility was convenient to River Run - a short walk or ski down to the village. Condo was as described, and Jennifer was very responsive. The pool/hot tub were nice amenities after a day of skiing. Underground parking was a nice perk as well. Would recommend.

Great condo and location, but stressful check-in

The Timbers is one of the only 2 true ski in/out buildings at Keystone, and well worth spending more on. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 with the pull out sofa and the murphy bed. Same level as the ski access bridge, so super convenient. Check-in is through the Keystone condo reception center, and we almost couldn't check in when we arrived late evening because our name wasn't actually on the reservation. Make sure you ask the host to do that. Couple of other suggestions - some extra blankets would be nice, as well as instructions for the condo and building, including wifi password, how to use the ski lockers, etc.

Ski stay

Excellent place to stay. Unit was exactly as listed. This is the perfect place to stay if you plan on skiing a lot with few steps to the lift. We've stayed at the Timbers 4 years in a row and love it. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Host communication was top notch, check in was easy.
