Inside:
Our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit features a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub and stunning mountain views, making it the perfect retreat. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace and the convenience of a basic kitchenette for a comfortable stay. The bedroom includes a queen bed and a split bathroom for added privacy. In the living room, you’ll find ample seating and breathtaking views. There’s also a spacious bench in the hallway for removing gear, along with plenty of ski storage.

Outside:
Enjoy the fantastic walkability! You’re just a short stroll from the gondolas, ski and snowboard rentals, as well as dining and shopping in River Run Village. A children’s playground and an ice skating rink (seasonal) are only a few hundred yards away. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located just two floors down in the main lobby, which also has a small gym—ideal for keeping up with your fitness routine. One parking space is available for your stay; please refrain from bringing a second car, as parking can be limited in Keystone.

Note: The kitchenette is galley-style with European appliances, so it’s not suited for preparing large meals. While counter space is limited, it remains functional for everyday use.

This condo is situated in River Bank Lodge, right in the center of Keystone, across from River Run Village. The village, located at the base of Keystone's ski slopes, offers a variety of dining options, bars, shops, and activities, along with a calendar full of festivals and outdoor concerts throughout the year. Additionally, several ski resorts are just a short drive away: Arapahoe Basin is only 8 minutes, while Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are 30 minutes, and Vail is 45 minutes away, with bus access available as well!

Upon arrival, you'll discover a variety of shopping, dining, grocery stores, coffee shops, and ski options all within walking distance in the village. Just a quick 15-minute drive west will take you to Silverthorne/Dillon, where you can find an Outlet Mall, additional restaurants, and shops. No pets allowed.

Parking
Only one designated parking space is available. Please bring one vehicle, as parking is limited in Keystone.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are located on the first floor of the building, not in the unit.

Gym
A small gym with a few pieces of equipment is available in the building.

Access:
The unit is on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

Heating:
The unit has baseboard heating and a fireplace. No AC.

Childproofing:
No special measures taken; guests assume risk.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations:
Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
NO PARTIES & HOUSE RULES
There are no parties of any kind allowed at our home. Doing so will result in a forfeit of your reservation, no refund, and potentially a fine for breaking our house rules and reimbursement for any damages caused. The neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm.
