No slope views but that's okay

Nice property. Construction going on that will block slope views. Elevator out of order could have been a problem for someone less mobile. When the construction is finished, it will be even better. I'd stay again. Short walk to restaurants at River Run.

Great location and cozy unit

Great spot for a ski vacation for our little family of four. Check in process was easy, unit was cozy and clean. Ground location..easy in and out. Only downside to the unit was it was near the elevator so at night if people were loud walking by we could easily hear them. We just ran a box fan (in the bedroom closest) in the kitchen and had no issues. Would totally stay here again! 5 min walk to the gondola

Clean and well stocked. Short walk to the square. Pool was nice. Only word of caution, the picture showing the view out the sliding door is no longer accurate. A new 5 story building is going up right next door blocking the view of the mountain. Construction crew starts working at 730 AM.

The room photos need to be updated because you don't get a view of the slope...you get a view of a mega condo being built in front. On that note they start construction services at 745am every day....don't expect to sleep in. The pool was also closed. It seems like because their busy season is over they are letting it all go.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year in a row I have stayed in Red Hawk 2213. And as always, it was perfect. I love that the room is on the main floor, and near the elevator. Easy to unload the care in the underground heated garage and enter my room. It is so cozy with the fireplace, a very comfortable bed and a kitchen so well stocked you hardly need to bring anything. If there is an issue, (I had one small issue with the fireplace) it was taken care of immediately. The communication prior to my arrival was perfect. I received several emails from Vacation Rentals, that when I arrived I walking into the lobby and opened a mailbox and got the key. Just so easy. I cannot say enough except there must be a reason this was my third year in a row!!! The location is perfect. So close to restaurants and to other resorts. There are also several trails for hiking as well.
