Great location and Condo but that elevator….

Condo was great - a perfect size for our group of 6, nice kitchen and amenities, and the ski-in/ski-out location was great. But - the elevator was broken and apparently it had been that way for months, which is really ridiculous. Everything else about the condo and building was great. However, my reservation was changed twice by the management company between when I booked it and when we arrived, the second change being just about a week before check-in and they weren’t able to provide any photos or information about the new location. While in the end it worked out fine, that whole situation was annoying and added extra stress to the process. I guess once we made the booking through VRBO, we were handed off to the actual property management company and VRbO is really just a middleman. I didn’t realize that before.
