Great proximity to Keystone

Nice clean property, different levels with their own bedroom and bathroom were great for our multi-generational family. The proximity to Keystone was excellent. We took advantage of the full kitchen and fireplace.

great budget property

decent setup with room at every level. the home has a lot of stairs and is broken up a bit, but everything worked great. the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a bit chilly, and the overall layout is funky. however, the price is right and, altogether, it worked just fine. multiple families with small kids and the bunk room was great!

The home was a great location, spotless, stocked well. It accommodated our blended guy group of dad, sons, step son, son in law without issue. Wash dryer a great bonus. Would book again!

Nice place - missing communication

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. When we got there late in the day we wanted to rest but found that there was no internet and no tv. The confirmation said that the network name and password were "in the unit" but they were nowhere to be found. I tried to contact someone to get it - but we were given no phone number for the property manager and no way to communicate with anyone. I sent an email through the VRBO / Vacasa website but never heard from them at all. I started to see if I could figure anything out, found the cable model unplugged behind the couch. I was able to plug it in and from then on we were able to watch tv. We sat on a recording hold for an hour a couple of times and finally gave up actually finding a person to talk to. I know times are different now - but no possible method of communication is not acceptable. I will never again rent without talking to a person at the property mgmt company before renting.

Wonderful house in Great Location!

This house was perfect. Everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. There are great hiking trails right outside the door. Dillon was nice with free entertainment in the evenings at the amphitheater. This location was perfect for activities in Breckenridge and Frisco.

The kitchen was not very well equipped with cookware. The place was nice and cute but all the stairs were difficult to manage with bags, especially for people from lower altitudes.

March Ski Trip

This townhome was in an excellent location!! Kitchen was newly renovated and fairly well stocked (could use some baking sheets- more silverware). Beds were comfortable. Listing is correct (2 Queens, 3 twins, sleeper sofa), there is not a King bed. Our group enjoyed the privacy of the bedrooms, but for anyone who is older or has orthopedic conditions, there are a lot of stairs to climb. Bring your own blankets. Sheets and down comforters were supplied, with electric baseboard heat, we needed something in between. Our group really enjoyed this trip and stay. Snow plow kept roads and driveway clear for us! Would stay here again.

Great summer location

We booked this by default after our Hawaii trip was canceled. Think we will be making summer Colorado trips from now on. Great location and loved biking and fishing close by. Rented a pontoon at Dillon Reservoir. The neighbor mentioned it being a new rental. My only recommendation would be to check all shower heads. The downstairs was broken completely and the other two needed some maintenance. The listing says two queens and two twins. It was three twins in the room, not a queen, which made it harder for our four kids. The bottom level had a queen and top Level was a king.
