This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is on the quiet side of the building offering mountain views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. This condo is on the quiet side of the building facing away from the village and the private balcony offers mountain views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar is tucked away in a small nook so it also doubles as a work area. The oversized full bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has its own access to the bathroom and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Well equipped river run condo
Well stocked kitchen, nice large bathroom. Enjoyed the king bed, although they're want really room for our suitcases in the bedroom. Building had and issues with the hot tub jets while we were there, but that seemed resolved in a couple days

Property was as advertised. Property management communicated very well and check-in process was very easy. Underground parking was nice and building amenities were good. Location is great for skiing or summer time festivals.

Ski weekend
We came from Denver and just wanted something easy for a couple of days of skiing before Christmas. The size of the condo was good for the short stay and the pull out sofa was comfortable for our kids. The location is great, easy to get to slopes and all the shops in the village. Also appreciated the heated parking and access to the Dakota pool and hot tubs.

Spouse and my Getaway
My husband and I stayed four nights in this one bedroom condo which was well stocked with everything we needed to cook as that is what we did. We don't eat out alot and they had all kinds of crock pots, a tea pitcher, plates, and everything we needed. The location was great for a rested get a way and the hot tub was great....there were 2 side by side and one was lukewarm while the other hot so we were able to get in the hot one and then transfer to the cooler one and stay at hot tub for an hour which is much longer than you normally get to due to the temperature. Very nice place to stay...oh and the bed was like laying on cotton for softness and the sheets were so comfortable and soft. Would stay here again 100x over.

Everything is nice and as expected, but the apartment is located on the noisy location. It is just next to the street and to the bus stop. They were so noisy. It was not possible to sleep in the mornings.

Great view
Porch was so peaceful in the morning for breakfast; such a great mountain view. Really close to restaurants and entertainment. Only complaints were that the HOA shut the water off during our stay with very little notice, and the unit had many (normal) wear-and-tear spots throughout the place.

Wedding Stay
The condo was great! Elevators down for a day & half. On 4th floor lot of stairs for people in their 70's and their were several. Parking garage was filthy and poorly lit. Pat tripped on a parking block, which was not painted and skinned both knees. Luckily not hurt, clothes very dirty. Elevators were up Sunday and that was good as we were in and out few times. Certainly hope these issues are taken care of and other people don't have problems.

Great Ski Weekens
Awesome spot for a ski weekend with young kids. Condo was very comfy and well equipped. Property manager was very communicative and available anytime, although we didn’t need it.

Great little rental in Keystone, CO
Overall I loved this property. There were a couple little quirks but nothing major. The heating was a major thing, but I have never stayed in a place that used baseboard radiator heating. If you’ve used it before it prob isn’t a big deal. I got in at 430pm and the unit didn’t get warm until the following morning. Food crumbs were all over the bedroom floor and the comforter, but I picked those up and shook the comforter off over the balcony. Otherwise everything was perfect, exactly as stated in listing. Will def stay again!

Not the best stay
At first the stay was great. The room was awesome and clean, and the view was great. However, every night I went to sleep was a struggle because there was a loud electricle generator that kept me up. At the moment, if you book with this company you roll the dice with having your room be next to the generator. It is hard to have a nice vacation with bad sleep every night.
