The staff when we first checked in were nice. But the staff any other time they were either not present, off hanging out in the breakfast room.
The a/c only worked for the bedroom so the rest of the suite was uncomfortably warm until about 2 am when it cooled off.
There was little to no hot water to take a shower. It was cold when I took a shower at 1030pm and it was cold at 7 am when my wife took her shower.
The family suite is large and there is lots of space. The wet bar is nice.
The furniture is old and outdated and the decorator must have been color blind. That doesn’t matter as much since it’s a hotel and it’s not like you are trying to buy it. But a a lot could be done with the rooms. The size of them is really impressive but then your eyes focus on the clashing wallpaper, carpet, and furniture patterns.
The indoor heated pool and hot tub was not heated and the chemicals were way off and there was a disgusting froth in the hot tub so no one was really monitoring or making sure the pool was taken care of what was open. I was there till 10 o’clock when it closed, and when the maintenance guy came in to put in the chemical test strip, the chemicals were way off the chart with the number of people they had there they should’ve been checking the pool more.
All Hotel Stafford, pretty unattainable to taking care of the things that need to be taken care of in the hotel. They were more interested in hanging out in the breakfast room. Then actually taking care of guest.
