Great spot!

We had a great time at this ski-in/ski-out condo! Access to the slopes from the locker room was amazing and a quick walk to the village at night time. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean, had plenty of space for two.The best part was the location. It's a true Ski In Ski Out place. Nice locker room to store skis and equipment. We would rent this location again.

You cannot beat the access to the mountain. This is ski in -out as you walk out from the lol let room (also a great perk) right onto the mountain. The hot tub, heated pool and outdoor fireplace are all wonderful!

The sofa bed is a little wonky (missing a couple springs, tilts backwards), but it worked for kids just fine and we would gladly stay here again.

This place truly is a ski-in/ski-out, which made for a great stay. The below ground, heated parking was quite nice. Recommend a medium to small vehicle, although big vehicles will fit with a few back-ups.

Great Location

The location and view from this property is absolutely beautiful. I did have a few complaints. The bed in the master bedroom is like sleeping on a rock. I actually had to go see a chiropractor when I got back in town because it messed up my back. This is no fault of the owner, but the hot tub size in comparison to the amount of condos is tiny. We couldn’t get into the hot tub either night we were there because it was so packed. For those reason reasons I gave this property of four star.

The property manager is nice and easy to work with. We got there early and they were able to give us our cards so we could access the garage and ski for a few hours before heading up to the condo.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here 5 days with our infant son and we don’t have many complaints. Being first week of October, it’s the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful. Keep in mind everything is 30min - 1 hour drive. You’ll need to grab groceries near golden or Denver to get a good range of all the things you need. But overall, the unit was clean, beds were very comfortable, facility is well kept and everything is beautiful. They do have some construction in the town itself so just beep that in mind.

We have stayed at Lone Eagle before and it is officially our favorite. Only complaint this time is the construction nearby which started early every single morning! Fortunately that is only a temporary situation but I’m a light sleeper.

Beautiful Mountain Vacation Rental

The condo was exceptional - from the comfy living spaces to the spacious kitchen, the condo provided everything we needed and desired. We loved chilly fall mornings by the fireplace, the stunning views from the patio, and relaxing in the hot tub and pool every evening. The location is right off the slopes, next to a beautiful river, and within walking distance to the heart of Keystone. The staff were also very courteous and we appreciated the extra check-ins. Thank you Summit County Mtn Rentals - this is by far our favorite Keystone rental and we hope to return soon!

Nice condo, great location!

Lovely stay in this condo. The unit is spacious and clean with great proximity to the slopes and River Run Village. I would say it sleeps 2 adults (in the king bed) and a child or small teen on the Murphy bed. The pull out couch bed is completely broken and not useable. My 15yr old son slept on the couch itself instead, but it was way too short for him. Otherwise a really nice unit.

Lone Eagle is that rare place that is quiet and secluded yet a very short walk to the shops and restaurants at River Run. The condo is perfectly appointed with higher end finishes and a great layout for a small family. We had the heated pool and hot tub to ourselves both days we were. I highly recommend this condo and would love to rent it in the winter to take advantage of the ski in/out location. Lone Eagle is a great complex

Lone Eagle is in a really nice area is the nicest complex we have ever stayed in Keystone. The condo itself was very well-appointed and equipped. 3029 faces north so in the summer it stays very cool, a big plus. The private, underground parking and elevator are a big plus for loading and unloading. All condos in Lone Eagle have nice views with the only current downside being the noise from the River Run village construction (we like to keep the windows open). If it weren't for that this would be our top choice for a place to stay in Keystone by far.

Poorly maintained room with multiple broken fixtures.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Lone Eagle twice and this "condo" was very poorly maintained. The master suite vanity had only one working light. The faucet on the vanity was extremely loose. Several baseboards had over a 1/4 inch gap away from the wall. The couch bed had collapsed in the head area and you had to sleep backwards and stull the cushions in the head area or you would fall into the head area or disappear with the pillows. The kitchen cabinets were so stuffed with unnecessary equipment that there was no room for food storage. The entertainment system was so complex that it was literally unavailable for guide selection. The elevator did work on this stay but it was so slow. They need a technician to adjust the valving so the doors open more quickly and the speed of transit is increased. I don't know if I will book again. The ski in/ski out is nice, but dealing with a poorly maintained condo is not my idea of value for my money. On a positive note - the BBQ did work and had propane even though the previous tenant left the tank in the on position and I had to install a new IUD.
