Enjoy our spacious (over 1200 square feet of living space) condo located in Keystone Lakeside Village. We are on the third floor (not handicapped accessible and there is not an elevator) offering expansive vaulted ceilings. Through its two-story wall of windows, our condo offers incredible mountain views of the ski slopes, Ten Mile Mountain Range, Snake River and Keystone Lake. You are a short shuttle ride to Keystone's two base areas accessing the resort’s world-class skiing and snowboarding on more than 3,100 acres of skiable terrain. The ski shuttle picks up and drops off just outside the building every 20 minutes. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin are also nearby.
This condominium has been completely remodeled, with new luxury vinyl plank LVP and slate flooring, brand new carpeting, solid wood doors, new slate fireplace, all new fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Alder wood cabinets, new 32" and 42" flat screen HDTVs, and much, much more! Our condo has a wood-burning fireplace to enhance the perfect romantic evening. Free firewood is stacked just outside on our private balcony.
Our location is perfect for everyone because it's situated in a serene setting away from the typical crowds in the larger Keystone buildings, but still only a short walk to Lakeside Village activities. We should also mention that our building only has 24 units divided across 4 separate entrances and only 2 condo units per floor (6 per entrance) -- avoid crowds, noise, and clutter of River Run! Bring the family, kids, and leave your stress behind!
If you are attending a conference at the Keystone Conference Center, it’s only a 5 minute walk. We often have conference attendees stay at our condo throughout the summer and winter, and the location convenience is ideal.
Attractions and activities are just a few steps away from our Lakeside Village condo. Imagine being able to walk to ice skating, biking, hiking, kids playground, volleyball courts, fly fishing, swimming, boating, and to the shuttle stop leading to your favorite skiing/snowboarding spots, and much more. We are part of the Lakeside Village condos, so you are steps away from winter and summer activities. You will have walkable access to Lakeside Village's amenities (Bighorn Bistro & Bar, Nowhere Pizza & Pub, Edgewater Cafe, Adventure Center Full Kitchen for burgers, chicken fingers etc.. and Lakeside Deli, arcade, shops, convenience store, Adventure Center for rentals, Keystone Spa, Convention Center, Snake River as well as whatever is happening on the lake or at the Keystone Lodge during your stay).
Outside the building is an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna (included) while just a short walk away you can pay for daily access to Keystone Lodge and Spa offering a state-of-the-art Spa with fitness center, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool.
We offer a spacious vaulted Master Bedroom with captivating mountain views, brand new furniture including new king bed and mattress. There is an extra-large walk-in closet. The luxury bath is complete with two sinks, granite counter tops and tub/shower.
The second bedroom loft is private with windows that close/open to the floor below. There is no door at the top of the stairs, but by closing the windows, it provides a private and separate space. It has one queen bed and one twin bed with a very large closet. The luxury bath has two sinks, granite counter tops, and tub/shower. Beautiful mountain views await you from the wall of windows.
There is a 42” flat screen HDTV in the main living area (cable box, DVD player) and the second bedroom has a 32" smart flat screen HDTV. The Master has a 32" smart flat screen HDTV.
Our condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, electric grill, hair dryers, in room humidifiers, high speed internet, free WiFi, office desk and chair, wood-burning fireplace (wood included), direct phone access to Keystone's support personnel, outdoor parking located in front and behind the building, washing machines and dryers on the first floor and a ski locker for equipment storage during your stay. Our books and board games help provide entertainment for everyone.
Keystone Lake is a popular site in the summer for kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and canoeing. The kids will have fun feeding the ducks and fish! In the winter the lake transforms into the largest, outdoor groomed ice rink in North America.
The Snake River and bike path are right here as well. Take a trail from our condo all the way to Dillon, Breckenridge, or Frisco. Part of Conference Village, you can access the Conference Center by underground walk way or resort shuttle.
Other activities include cross-country skiing, snow shoeing at the Keystone Nordic Centre, ice skating, snowmobiling, snow tubing at Adventure Point, dog-sledding, sleigh rides, shopping, hiking, fly fishing, golf, biking, tennis, four-wheel driving, boating on Lake Dillon, horseback riding, and much more!
Reinvent yourself at the Outlet Malls, 15 minutes away in Silverthorne, or take the 30 minute beautiful drive to Vail to see-and-be-seen. A short 15 minute drive on Swan Mountain leads to Breckenridge, or Frisco, where opportunities abound for shopping, dining, and entertainment! City Market (groceries) and large liquor store is located in Silverthorne 15 minutes away. Dillon is a 10 minute drive, with beautiful Lake Dillon, restaurants, live music and marina.
Twenty minutes away is Frisco Adventure Park with winter activities of snow tubing, dinner sleigh rides and nordic skiing center. Summer activities include skate park, bike park, wagon rides, hiking, and much more!
