Short Ski Trip

Great place, next to Keystone. It has a parking garage with space for one car at the bottom of the building and then stairs or elevator up to the room.

Unprofessional and unresponsive

Booked condo about three weeks before the trip. Realized upon arrival that we never received check-in instructions. Called helpline. Helpline said they’d contact “owner”. Didn’t hear anything for an hour. Called helpline again. Was told owner was not available to provide instructions. Didn’t hear anything for 4 more hours. By that point had to find a different place to stay. Had no idea if my two young kids and I would be able to access the property. Notified property manager through VRBO I had to find something else due to complete lack of communication and no access. After getting another place, finally received instructions on getting in (24 hours AFTER I was originally scheduled to check-in). Notified company I was pursuing a full refund. Company explained there was a glitch in their system and that’s why I never received instructions. They have done nothing to rectify or refund the cost due to their failure and have never once, to this day, called me or tried to make this right. Oh, and they sent me checkout instructions right on time.
