Short Walk to Lifts, Shops, and Dining! Private Balcony with Slope Views

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and one sleeper sofa. It features ski slope views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Additional access to Dakota Lodge shared amenities.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a leather sleeper sofa and in the Summer of 2017 the homeowner upgraded with a brand new mattress. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and offers ski slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the living area is the full bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The spacious bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV with a DVD player.

This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay or have your reservation cancelled.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Everything was as described! However, Inside the room was absolutely boiling hot! Your AC was not working. I also read on other reviews for this property the AC issue was also noted. Shame on you Property Manager!!!

Though the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the carpet in the main living area was very dirty, and fraying at the seam to the kitchen floor. The main bed seemed new, but hard as a rock, and we like firm mattresses, but his was beyond firm. The sofa sleeper mattress was lumpy. We had family in another building- everything was much better and newer.

Great first trip to keystone. Would stay here again. The convenience of being right in the village is the only way to go. Less than 100 yards to gondola. Place was clean, and stocked.

Price was a giveaway

Location of condo was excellent. property management was not very nice when we asked for a 30 monute extra stay but that was ok. Walls are like paper and can hear next door neighbor's conversation. Must be a lot of your tennants in that building because all night was lots of noise with young adults playing loud music and running up and down the halls. price was excellent and now I know why.

Cozy and comfortable

Great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. If I could change one thing it would be having to find their office to get the envelope. When we arrived it seemed like ALL of their cleaning crews had also. Blocking traffic and parking. For first timers we had no idea where we were or how to locate their vaguely marked door in the strip mall. That was the ONLY negative. Everything else was amazing

Wonderful stay

We couldn't have been happier with the accommodation, the condo was clean, well appointed, quiet, easy to get to, in a great location. Before we booked the condo, we had some questions, and the property manager got back to us immediately and answered them. All in all, we were extremely satisfied.

Keystone CO Summer Visit

The condo was very nice and clean and close to everything. The check-in process was very detailed. The place smells nice and the furniture set up was really comfortable with good cable and WiFi. We like the bed linens and there were plenty of towels. The issue we see is the bed may need to be replaced. The mattress topper was fine but we still tilted towards the center a bit. The bathroom sink had almost no water pressure at all but the shower was fine. I would contact the building to see what's going on with the sink. We really like the inside parking garage. The complex just needs to be told that the garbage smell by the elevator in the parking garage was strong for two of the days we were there. Other than that, the garage was really clean looking with plenty of parking. We left our keys in the room and locked ourselves out. The after hour response was awesome. Even when one of the extra key cards didn't work for self service, the management company person showed up in person right away to get us in. I would just recommend additional security verification on our identity during the lockout. We also checked out the common areas and they were all really nice. Overall ... a nice place to stay, close to everything, lots to do, with very responsive management company.

A wonderful location

The location of the place is amazing! The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The only things I want to mention are, please please please fix the fan in the bedroom. It’s clicking non stop very loud and changes the hole feelings of relaxation after a long day. Another thing is I took an extra pillow from the closet and it’s all yellow from different people’s sweat (kinda disgusting). It doesn’t take much to wash it, so please make sure all other bed’s accessories are clean. And also I was surprised that there is no A/C but I think it was my mistake. I simply didn’t read very carefully about the room. Other than that everything was great! I would definitely recommend this place!

July trip

The condo was everything the description said it was. Very clean. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this condo. My only issue was the bedroom ceiling fan clicked on any speed so I couldn't run it at night. I contacted property management the day I checked in and they responded the next day and I asked to have it fixed within a day or two. The fan was never fixed and I was never contacted about it again. Thankfully there was a small fan in the closet I could use at night. So that was the only disappointing part of the stay.

Good place for a short stay

My family has stayed in River Run several times. This is a nice place. It's small like all the other similar one bedrooms in RR, but it's in good shape, and the location is really convenient for getting to the gondola as well as a couple of ski rental places (two are literally 50 ft from the door). It also has a fantastic view of the slopes. It had everything we needed for a nice four-night stay and cooking. The bed was comfortable, but the pullout sofa bed wasn't, as usual. Overall, I'd recommend it. (BTW, the lock on the ski locker takes a little wizardry to turn)

Great location! It is a pretty small condo, It has over-sized living furniture so it is hard to get around it. The sofa sleeper mattress is absolutely terrible (not really sleep-able) have to fold the bed up every day or their is no room to walk or sit. Sofa Sleeper bedding & pillows were also way below standard
