The living area features a wood fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and comfy couches for trading stories about your day in the mountains. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up apres-ski snacks and full mountains meals. There’s a dining table that seats six and a counter seating three.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. - A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

- Parking: 1 assigned outdoor space total.
