“There was something sticky on the phone which got all over my ear. It was very disturbing. I went to the front desk to report it and was treated very rudely. Basically, the person said they could refund my room and go elsewhere. Since I had just driven nine hours to get there, I wasn’t about to do that. I went to take a shower to clean myself from the phone situation, all I had was scolding HOT water. I will never stay here again!!”

“The refrigerator was very noisy The coffee pot was missing the filter holder, so I couldn't make coffee. The juice dispenser was broken, but they had orange drink, not juice, in a carafe. We were only there for one night, so we managed. ”

“Very rustic feel, would be a great location for a retreat. Pool looked beautiful, even though we didn't use it. Only complaint was the rooms don't have individual heat/ac controls... you have to call the front desk to change temperature. When we arrived, the window was open, and even though we closed it, the room was cold all night.”
