「We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family.」

After checking in at the office, they texted me the location map that took us straight to the property, which was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. The heated bathroom floor was a plus. The bed was comfortably firm. The views were beautiful, and there were blinds on all windows that provided privacy. The pool, hot tub, and laundry were just right across the walkway. 「Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. 」
