“The staff were brilliant here. Organised a surprise for my mother in law’s birthday and kept in touch with me to make sure it went smoothly. The reception staff were brilliant at check in. The cleaning staff were so lovely too and made a very nice towel flower for my daughter. The spa was so relaxing too and the breakfast was delicious. Only thing i’d say at breakfast is that sometimes the staff would forget your order/bring out the wrong thing but they did try to fix it most times. Thank you……

“I like the house keeping service they surprised me with a bath towel made dog when I walked into the room. That was a very pleasant experience being a solo traveller all these years. One thing I would suggest for improvement is that the language of the front desk and ground floor cafeteria staff. They were not able to understand guests request and had to explain twice. With Delta hotel being 5 star I think staff working at front desk and customer facing role shall be much more fluent in……
