"We were offered a room upgrade and were asked to wait sometime. After 40 mins, we were told it'll take another 30 mins at least. This was when we can requested for an early check-in already. They have open reception concept - so we had to wait outdoor in hot and humid weather which wasn't ideal either. ..."
