การเข้าห้องพักลำบากมาก ขนาดเป็นวัยรุ่นอายุไม่ถึง 30 เดินขึ้นๆลงๆกันจนมึนไปหมด เดินยาก เดินลำบาก ถ้าใครสายตาไม่ดี มีปัญหาข้อเข่าปัญหาสุขภาพ ไม่ได้แข็งแรง หรือมาเที่ยวชิลๆแล้วไม่อยากจะเดินเยอะมาก ไม่แนะนำ // เรื่องของการบริการ สต๊าฟบางคนน่ารักมากกกกก มากๆ เช่นสต๊าฟที่รอเช็คอินห้องถึงเราจะติดปัญหาการเดินทาง สต๊าฟที่อยู่ช่วยยกกระเป๋าและขนกระเป๋าเข้าที่พัก สต๊าฟกลุมนี้ดีมาก ขอชื่นชม มีแค่คนสองคนที่ดูไม่ค่อยรับแขกและค่อนข้างเขี้ยวมาก เพื่อนร่วมทริปไม่ประทับใจเลย เราเสียใจมากเพราะเป็นคนแนะนำเขามาพักด้วยกัน // ส่วนของห้องพัก ห้องใหญ่จัด Lay out แบบงงๆ ประตูห้องน้ำล๊อคไม่ได้ พื้นลื่นมากทั้งส่วนแห้งและส่วนเปียก ไฟน้อยมาก ไฟระเบียงริบหรี่ ประตูห้องไม่ค่อยปลอดภัย การเข้าห้องเป็นกุญแจไข ไม่มีคีย์การ์ด เอาตู้เย็นซ่อนในตู้ข้างเตียง เปิดตู้ออกมาแล้วร้อนมาก กังวลเรื่องไฟ แต่ยอมรับว่าน้ำสะอาด สุขภัณฑ์ต่างๆโอเคเลย เตียงนอนสะอาด ไม่คันไม่เหนียว // ในส่วนของอาหารเช้าคือไม่คุ้มอย่างแรง ผิดหวังหน่อยๆ เรารู้ว่าสต๊าฟทำงานอย่างหนักและพยายามเต็มที่แล้ว โดยเฉพาะคุณลุงที่เป็นกุ๊ก พยายามดีมาก แต่อาหารช้าจัดเตรียมไม่เพียงพอในราคาที่จ่ายหัวละ 500 บาท ไม่คุ้มค่าแต่สะดวก ต้องเลือกว่าชอบแบบไหน // ส่วนของห้องพักเงียบดีค่ะ แต่วิวไม่ดี อยากให้ปรับปรุงค่ะ ถ้าจะตั้งราคาไว้เท่านี้ต้องมีอะไรที่ทำให้ประทับใจมากกว่านี้หน่อยค่ะ ถือว่าเป็นฟีดแบคจากลูกค้านะคะ

สถานที่แตกต่างจากรูปภาพมาก สภาพห้องพักค่อนข้างโทรม อาจจะเนื่องมาจากรีสอร์ตปิดไประยะนึง ทำให้สภาพห้องโทรม ต้นไม้รอบๆรีสอร์ต รก และบดบังวิว ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับเล็กน้อย แต่สิ่งที่ไม่ประทับใจและควรแก้ไขอย่างยิ่งคือ การให้บริการของพนักงานและการแก้ปัญหาของรีสอร์ต - อาหารเช้า ได้สอบถามพนักงานทราบว่าอาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์ แต่พอถึงเวลา กลับเป็นชุดให้แขกสั่ง(แต่สั่งได้เรื่อยๆ) ซึ่งอาหารเช้าก็เป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยเลือกที่พัก - ก่อนเช็คเอ้าท์ (ประมาณ 10:45-10:50) น้ำไม่ไหล สอบถามไปทางรีสอร์ต ทราบว่าปั้มน้ำเสีย ทางเราได้แจ้งว่าสามารถรอได้ แต่ขอ late Checkout แต่ทางพนง.แจ้งว่าได้ไม่เกิน 13:00(ซึ่งทางเรารออาบน้ำ จะเสร็จเร็วหรือช้าขึ้นอยู่กับกับทางรีสอร์ต) เราได้โทรสอบถาม พนง.เป็นระยะๆ แต่ได้คำตอบว่า กำลังดำเนินการ จนกระทั่ง 12:30 เราได้สอบถามไปอีกครั้ง เนื่องจากมีกำหนดการต้องเดินทางไปทำธุระต่อ แต่ พนง. ก็บ่ายเบี่ยงให้คำตอบไม่ได้ ทางเราจึงขอสายผู้จัดการ แต่พนง.คนดังกล่าวพยายามบ่ายเบี่ยงไม่ให้คุยกับ ผจก. โดยอ้างว่าติดต่อไม่ได้ จนกระทั่งเวลา 12:45 ทาง พนง.เสนอให้เราเช็คเอ้าท์ ไปใช้ห้องน้ำของรีสอร์ตอีกสาขา ที่ห่างประมาณ 10 กม. ซึ่งไม่ใช่ทางผ่าน และไม่สะดวกในการเดินทางไป จนสุดท้ายเราติดต่อ Expedia เพื่อประสานงานให้ และน้ำกลับมาไหลเวลา 12:50 ทางเราไม่พอใจเรื่องการจัดการปัญหาของรีสอร์ต อย่างมาก รวมถึงการรับผิดชอบหน้างานของ ผจก. ที่ควรอยู่หน้างานเพื่อแก้ปัญหา แต่กลับไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ จึงทำให้ลูกค้าเสียเวลาในการทำธุระเพราะการแก้ปัญหาที่ล่าช้า ไม่แนะนำที่พักนี้ สภาพต่างจากที่ลงโฆษณา แนะนำให้หารีวิวที่อัพเดทล่าสุดก่อนตัดสินใจจองครับ

Hotel gave us a free upgrade for staying 2 nights. Very spacious, friendly staff. However, not suitable for elderly as there are many steps around the hotel vicinity. No other facility available.

The rooms are very nice and a great view!! Do not know if I would stay there during hot months because the room was really hot without air during the day due to so much glass windows. Also rooms are a walk up and downstairs outside so not for anyone who is disabled. Staff was awesome and food was great.

Nice clean resort with beautiful views
Nice clean room with full views of the mountains. Heard that it is one if the best place to view the sea of clouds but too bad we didn’t have the luck The bathroom is also Super huge. Only problem is quite a no of stairs to climb to get to our rooms on the 2nd floor and the reception for our breakfast but resort helps bring our luggage to and fro Very delicious breakfast provided too though we did not have the chance to walk around the resort during our stay

3D2N 4 x Deluxe Room Stay at Sirinati
Hotel breakfast was good and staffs were polite and courteous. However the concierge staffs services is seriously below satisfactory, they attempted to brush aside feedback on lightings failure till we demanded it to be fixed for the 2 rooms (out of 4 Deluxe rooms). The following were below standard: - The walkway to hotel room is poorly lighted and need torchlight. - The transition from main pathways to hotel room need special maneuver/attention or risk injury by the abrupt disconnected staircases. - The room is rundown, obviously not well maintained. - The shower head mounting is not secured. - The shower gel dispenser pump is not working. - The room integrity is questionable, can laterally heard conversations next rooms, and can also heard people walking on upper floor. - There are more than 100 Thai TV programs, but none International channel (such as English/Chinese).

ที่พักอยู่ที่ตีนดอย ถ้าคุณคิดว่าจะมีนอนพักผ่อนเฉยๆ ก็โอเคครับ เพราะที่นอนดี ผ้าหม่ดี (ขนเป็ด) แต่ถ้าคุณคิดว่าจะนอนดูวิวจากห้องพัก คุณก็จะไม่เห็นอะไร อีกอย่าง Lower หรือ Upper Deluxe นั้นไม่ต่างกัน แค่ชั้น 1 กับ ชั้น 2 ซึ่งวิวสูงแตกต่างกัน 3 เมตร ไม่ต้องเสียเงิน 1000 บาท ไปอัพเกรดหรอกเสียดายเงิน ที่พักไม่มีลิฟท์ ดังนั้นไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุ โดยห้องพักต้องเดินลงบันใดไปจากล็อบบี้ แม้จะเป็นห้อง Lower ก็ตาม
