“Love this place! The room was really 5 stars clean,Luxurious, comfy. The staff are really nice and polite. I mean every staff member are so proper. I feel safe at this place. The location is super convenient right off the Main Street bus I didn’t feel the noise from the street at all. Just a little part that I think it could be better is the food.. I mean the food looks nice and clean but the taste is a little bland for all the items that i have tried. But please don’t get me wrong, all staffs……

“The cleaning is not quite well. Saw mold in the shower curtain, stain in flush toilet etc. Breakfast quality / ingredient is not equivalent to other 5 stars hotel.”

“整體cp值算ok,連住若要打掃記得要按打掃鍵，因7間房都沒按，check in時未說明，所以所有房晚都未打掃，雖然中間有mail通知，但因在外走行程也沒注意到。 優點：房間夠大，頂樓餐廳風景好，餐也不錯吃”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Creek, and we loved the tropical atmosphere of the surrounding garden and the river terrace. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. We had breakfast at the cafe (paid separately) and it was delicious. The communication with the owner ahead of our stay was great, and they were able to accommodate our late check in outside of the usual opening hours. A few cons, which didn’t overall impacted our stay too much: 1. hot water……

“A little tricky to find - Google maps takes you to the wrong location. Once there however it was a little gem. Nice and quiet with good facilities. We stayed in Morocco 2 which was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was very delicious. Would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed here 12 years ago having enjoyed it then. The property seems to have expanded exponentially. Great service, staff, superb breakfast and choices. Very comfortable living and you don't have to walk anywhere..always a handy shuttle within a phone call. Property has class! Will visit again. More affordable weekdays.”

“Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)”
