"I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent.

"Booked this hotel for my husband’s solo trip and he was greeted with a warm reception from two lovely young ladies. When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish.
