“Oasis is perfectly located to explore the old town (plus, it’s reachable by taxis!). My room had two twin beds and I found them slightly small, but the mattress was perfect for my taste. Room was quiet and warm, in spite of outside chilly weather. Breakfast was very yummy and complete. The manager was extremely helpful, booking my early morning taxi to Urgench airport and leaving me coffee and sweets!.”

“The hotel is reasonable and reasonably located. The problem is with the manager babur. Apparently he is the one who arranges transportation. We had requested him to arrange a transportation early in the morning to get the super fast train from kiva to bukhara and even though he confirmed it at 12:00 midnight, nothing showed up in the morning and that is very difficult in a place where people mainly speak Russian or Uzbek”

“Staff were really sweet and helpful. Great location.
I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin.
But everything else was great”

“Horrible experience!!
We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service.”
