“Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!”

“Family run Guest house with care.”

“Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.”

“Brand new hotel. The hotel is very nice, but lot of start up problems. Aircondition not working. Order food takes forever. Pay for food even longer. Friendly staff, but very inexperienced and not able to make things happen. Lots of staff, very slow or non-exsisting service. I would go again if air co is fixed, but I would not eat there. Do not buy half board. Eat in city”

“we stayed two nights and no one cleaned up the room on our stay of the 2nd stay. There are no clean towels, and no free bottle of water on the 2nd day. Room is dusty and filthy. And I won't stay in this hotel if given a second chance”

“A great place to stay in khiva! We really enjoyed the stay and the room was very comfortable, cozy and clean! My only note is the water pressure to shower wasn’t great but does that really even matter?”

“staff very friendly”

“It was a beautiful stay staff were super helpful and accommodating The room was beautiful and clean great for one night”

“From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.”

“Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so.”

“Very modern and clean property with friendly and attentive staff close to the center of town.”

“Staff were really sweet and helpful. Great location. I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin. But everything else was great”

“No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water”

“This was an excellent boutique hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, the best we have had in Uzbekistan. All staff were friendly and professional, answered any queries and always checked that everything was ok. It's position to the old town was a 3 minute walk away but was always quiet at night. The roof top terrace had wonderful views, especially at sunset with the minarets and roof lines Infront of it. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.”
