Her emails went into my junk mail and I didn't check there till a few days after we arrived. I tried using the VRBO app to message but she didn't respond through it. She did stop by the house to make sure we were ok and by then I had just found the emails she sent with the details I needed. She was very nice. I'd totally stay there...
