Top Kichijoji Station Hotel Reviews

APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Ekimae Tower
10/10 Excellent
"I came for my Birthday and the best experience at this hotel. From.the assistance with travel to the assistance with everything. Grade A.."

Grandioso Nakano Fujimicho
6/10 Okay
"Bath towels did not smell clean. Restroom area smelled of sewer. "

Mustard Hotel Shimokitazawa
8/10 Good
"The AC couldn’t control hot or cold's individual rooms, toilet space was bit too tight for my husband (190cm tall)haha. There were no phones in the room so little inconvenient that we only had eSIM and no phone numbers on our phones.."

Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku
10/10 Excellent
"In room laundry is amazing. If you've ever stayed at another hotel with shared coin laundry and had to watch with hawk eyes for an open machine, you'll fully appreciate this. Rooms are compact (obviously) but slightly larger than what you'd find at APA. No under bed storage for check in size luggage (although there is some space down there). Depending on where you want to go in the city, you may have to do a transfer from the nearest subway station which is about a 6 minute walk away, but that is worth the lower nightly rate than being closer to Shinjuku proper in my opinion. Staff are english friendly so that is also a huge plus. Overall, would be happy to stay here again on my next Japan trip."

Tokyu Stay Yoga
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was very close to the Yoga train station and convenient to where we needed to be. Room was fully furnished esp with washer/dryer. Although no restaurants in the hotel, there was family mart and restaurants close by to get food. "

Himalaya Cloud Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Close to restaurants and shops and Keio train lines, the hotel is situated across from a highway but the windows were soundproof so sleeping was easy with no noise. As a smaller hotel it had three rooms, a stairway and an elevator door on each floor, again making it a comfortable stay. The rooftop gardens were nice, one side covered and one with some covering over the seating areas with an espresso machine station at the stairwell to make your own preferences. We reserved a king bedroom and the combination shower/bathtub room was very spacious. I was confused at first until I realized the whole room was the shower as you closed the door, with an unobtrusive drain on the tile floor. The staff were helpful, I needed an iron one day and ther is also m-f same day laundry service. The front desk is not manned 24 hours but there are ways to get the staff by phoning at any time and the signs are legible to help out non Japanese speaking people. I liked the convenient bus stop out front, another bus stop around the corner, and the Sasazuka Train Station within a couple blocks. The restaurants and variety of shops are all close by, as is a hospital that was not needed but still helpful to know. Quiet residential neighborhood behind the busy street in front of the hotel that has a beautiful Buddhist Shrine with lovely gardens. A Tokyo Toilet Project station, architect designed, is located close by. If I come back to Tokyo I would again make this the home base for all my exploring. "

Wakoshi Tobu Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"It was very conveniently located (just connected to a train station!) and the room was clean and spacious for the comparables. I also really loved that the direct airport bus services (both Narita and Haneda, but only to the airport) are 1 minute walk from the hotel. That was a huge advantage."

Sakura Hotel Hatagaya
6/10 Okay
"Sakura Hotel is conveniently located near the train station and surrounded by small restaurants, which makes getting around and finding meals easy. Family Mart is just in the corner. The hotel has small rooms but includes amenities like a laundry area and café. However, it felt quite expensive compared to the previous hotel we stayed at, which included a buffet breakfast for less. The hotel building itself isn’t very appealing, and it takes two train rides to reach Shibuya. Overall, good for location, but not the best value or aesthetics"

KARIO Sasazuka
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here for a week with our family of 4. The apartment was way better than staying in a tiny hotel room. There are tons of restaurants and shops very close by. Excellent all around "
