"Placed 3 calls to the hotel and was on hold on music mode. No one ever answered. Ended up call Best wester reservations for assistance. Shuttle bus took 20 minute to get to the Airport despite the close proximity. We were required to put our own luggage in the van as the young lady driving could not manage them. Breakfast is not included in your reservation to this Best western as the restaurant is not part of the hotel. Room was comfortable. "
