“Small place but good for a solo traveler for an overnight stay. Good neighborhood.”

“Property was amazing! Lots of room, comfortable bed, quiet and the best shower…oh, the pool was a perfect place to relax after the day or drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Sarah is the ultimate host”

“Ok, this home is a great home and the neighborhood is fantastic! We had a problem with check-in due to miscommunication on host/booking end. Host/owner answered call immediately and resolved the issue within 45 minutes or so. Home was as described and had no issues until the next morning. The shower handle did. It work and we couldn’t take a shower. We only stayed 1 night so we just headed back home. After discussing issue with owner, they made it right and we are satisfied. Overall, I’d say……

“Loved the house and location! The hosts were very quick with responses to questions. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. Close proximity to everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Tulsa! ”

“Perfect place to stay! Very clean and spacious.”

“I liked the lay out of the place, very cozy!”

“The location was amazing!!! The place was super fun (Pac-Man and a piano?! Amazing!) comfy bed, clean, convenient, and nice to have off street covered parking Would definitely stay here again, so much great stuff to walk to!!”

“Great location if you’re looking for a place to stay near BOK arena! Very cute and cozy. Great neighborhood. Host was fast to respond to any questions we had.”

“Awesome!!”

“The house was very nice and well maintained. It was kid friendly, centrally located and I would stay here again.”

“The house smelled like old cheese, and it was very dusty. The rugs are very used. In the master restroom, there's no curtain or blinds on the window so, I taped a towel to the window. In the second restroom, after a shower it would take about 30 minutes for the water to drain. I asked the host about smoking cigars, and she said yes but on the patio. The patio was a joke. In the den, the sofa (sectional) had three decent seats. The cords from the TV in the den just hanging in from the fireplace.……

“What a horrifying hotel experience. The property is disgusting. At check in the jittery drug addled night manager demanded a cash deposit (which I did not have on me). He refused to take my credit card and when he called the property manager she insisted I had to have cash that I was informed when I booked. Not true. No mention of cash - "Deposit: USD 50 per accommodation, per stay" . It also states "The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary……

“Clean property. Nice amenities except no washer and though for long term stays. Renters very friendly and helpful.Would stay there again if occasion arises.”

“Great communication with host”

“This was an amazing property and the owner was phenomenal with her communication and expectations. Everything we could have ever needed was available and all expectations for guests were easy to follow and very reasonable for us to do to keep the property clean and ready for the next guests. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in the area!”

“Had a few hiccups but they worked hard to fix them”
