「Parking lot is ample but a little rough looking. Landscaping could use some love to improve first impression. Lobby is fine but beware that any activity there (like a soccer team party) is easily heard in the first few rooms off the lobby, especially on the 2nd floor. Check in was smooth and staff pleasant. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable but blinds were broken, chair was splattered in paint and bedside lamp was missing a bulb and non-functional. Can’t report on pool or breakfast but...

「The room was dirty & discusting. There was black mold in the bathroom shower. There was unidentifiable dirt shmeered on the bathroom walls. The bathroom door was dirty. There was a lot of dust on the baseboards & behind the furniture. The room smelled musty. I also dont like the fact that the people running the property are not american & do not live up to the same cleanliness standards that i expect from a hotel. 「Very friendly staff. My once concern was that the doors had dirt all over them, it was like the dirt built up you would see on your front door after awhile. On all the inside doors. Dirt build up around outside of tub. Sink was dirty, and drain vent spout behind the sink covered in dirty mold. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the pillows, and layout of the room and the breakfast was nice for free. Staff was very kind, but they need to clean it much better. ❤️」

「You pull up from the street and don’t quite know what to expect. However, everything is very clean, hard surface floors in the rooms, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. In town for a weekend soccer tournament and this worked perfectly and we would stay again.」
