「The location of hotel is convenient and safe. It just locates at the city center. No worry about the safety. You can come back to hotel from old town square in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is old but comfortable. Overall experience was good. I would recommend this hotel.」

「I expected the breakfast to be much better. Ordered 2 fried eggs with cheese and got an omelette, asked oatmilk for my coffee and there was no way to warm it. I drank cold oatmilk with expresso. There was very less selection on the breakfast, nothing special from polish cuisine..」

「This is an old and historic building but recently renovated. The deco inside the room that we stay is very attractive, new yet cosy. The staffs are freiedly, the foods in the restaurants are good, the location of the hotel is very convenient , and we like the hotel very much. 」

「Ideal location, in ped area w sites within easy walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping all convenient. Great sized room, very firm mattress. Train station is short, easy walk. Friendly, helpful staff. Not the best breakfast buffet, poor setup. No decaf coffee or herbal tea served/available. I’m a decaf drinker so was glad to have a Starbucks across the street. 」

「It was a nightmare. We stayed at the hotel for just one night. We didnt sleep well because of mosquitoes in the room and we could find dead mosquitoes all over the ceiling. Room was not completely cleaned up. There were unfinished snacks in drawers and we found a weird old doll under the bed with tons of rubbish. The shower stand was broken and we could see dirt on the edge of the shower door, and water was very weak. The room has no ac and fan and therefore we felt extremely uncomfortable with...

「酒店的小哥哥小姐姐漂亮又帅气，每天都有人等着，不管是多晚，都有人守在酒店，真的感觉非常地温暖和温馨。 酒店外的环境特别好，就是隔音效果比较差，很容易被吵得睡不着觉，窗帘少了一块，也不遮光，经常被晒醒。 最好的还是觉得服务很好，每天都有人清洁，酒店的自助早餐也很棒，随便吃，每天吃得饱饱的～ 开心😃」

「與 Ibis 在同一棟，G樓有各自的入口及服務櫃檯。4樓以下是 Ibis 5樓以上是 Novotel 位於市中心，有兩條地鐵線經過，逛街、購物、遊覽都很方便。」

「Location is good, room with twin beds, so it was great. But I found there were flies and 3 spiders insides my room which is not good. Door lock is broken also makes me not feel safe. Head light doesn’t work functionally makes me feel upset.」
