“Dianne went out of her way to be helpful at all steps of our stay. Great parking facilities, great shower, comfy bed. Everything needed was provided and well thought through. We were able to arrange to collect the keys early as we were due at a wedding and Dianne went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi booking to and from the venue nearby.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful.”

“Food was poor. A number of items were not available, choice was very limited, breakfast was inedible. The bar shut very early even to residents and the hotel was locked up ridiculously early on a beautiful summers evening.
The property was very clean but in severe need of upgrading.
We gather it is changing hands, which may be responsible for the problems we had, but it cannot be a bad thing.”

“Room was fine, tea and coffee wasn't very nice and no complementary biscuits. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. States Brompton however 8 miles away. Bed was really uncomfortable. Evening meal was nice, 10% surcharge on you bill! Wine expenses! Breakfast was so so. Waited a long time for someone to come to the checkin fest on arrival and departure. Probably would try an alternative hotel ”
