Amazing hotel
酒店真的是太美了!!!工作人员服务很好,很热情。浮潜就看到了sting ray, reef shark, eel 和nurse shark ! 相比之下,深潜挺贵的,性价比不高。入住期间,只有在饭点餐厅人较多之外,其他时间都遇不到几个人,私密性很好。 房里的电话坏了,想点餐的时候发现用不了。。在酒店附近浮潜可以自己去,但有的时候浪比较大,因为没有附近没有酒店工作人员,要自己注意安全。Wifi挺慢的

Very nice and friendly staff, only one problem on this island is, that you get in the evening nearly always the same food. It is Tuna fish in lemon, kapern, chilli sauce and so on. You get every day grilled beef or Spaghetti. This island has also a big problem with mosquitos. if they don’t spread every day gas or poison you will have a lot of mosquitos bites. You have to intervene at the reception to get daily your “mosquitos service”.

Sauberkeit in der Villa war okay aber im Restaurant war es gar nicht gut. Teller, Gläser, Stühle und Tische waren nicht sauber. Essen war okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Dall’arrivo alla partenza sorriso e leggerezza!
Accoglienza, ospitalità, disponibilità meritano voto 10. Isola verde, rigogliosa (da curare maggiormente).Troppe zanzare (mai viste in altri resort delle Maldive, forse fine aprile è il periodo?). Siamo ritornati con tante punture e, ciò, nonostante le ripetute disinfestazioni, anche noiose per gli odori rilasciati e da respirare. Spiaggia bella, percorribile a piedi tutt’intorno,(spesso odore acre di bruciato!). Laguna accessibile ovunque (idem per snorkeling), lato mare bello e comodo è quello senza pontili. Cucina da rivedere (con buffet più vario e internazionale), ed anche la pulizia dei tavoli (non si può apparecchiare su tovagliette usate da altri ospiti, collocando posate pulite al posto di quelle usate). Manca corretta formazione del personale addetto ai tavoli (non si può consumare il dolce con il piatto dello spezzatino ancora a lato ). Invece, preciso e puntuale il riordino della camera, grazie Khan, per la cura dedicataci. Sono in corso ristrutturazioni molto utili.... sarebbe apprezzato uno spazio per il dopo cena o per qualsiasi momento lo si desidera alternativo al piccolo spazio,(con 4 pagliette e 2 gazebi) in prossimità della piscina e del bar dedicato. Cari saluti al Manager J.Gabor, grazie per aver accolto le mie richieste; al referente Andri per l’accoglienza, l'alta professionalità e la grande disponibilità. Grazie a Tutti, il sorriso e la serenità trasmessaci (dopo due anni di pandemia) hanno reso la nostra vacanza veramente leggera!

Excellent customer service. All members of staff worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. We were cared for as soon as we landed at Male. On our return a member of staff was with us until we completed check in to make sure everything went smoothly.

I was in Kihaa Maldives years and years ago a nd was very excited to go back. The island is beautiful and beautifully located. It is a paradise. The staff will make your stay incredible, especially the bar and cleaning stuff. What we did not enjoy is that the management is quite poor and they are clearly not organised. On pick up they were about to make us go on a domestic flight instead of the sea plane we paid additionally for. This was quickly addressed. Then two of our activities were cancelled without us being informed, we found out as we were about to go on the activity, they tried to charge us extra for things that were not included, they continued to misinform us, also with our PCRs, our transfer back to Male etc. The food quality is incredibly disappointing for a 5 star hotel. It is really rather terrible. Apparently the island has recently changed management - we hope it will change management again because the current members are not interested in giving guests the experience that a resort and island like this should. We recommend the place, it is beautiful, the diving centre offers amazing activities and it’s separate to the hotel. Just bear in mind about the food and the fact that management is likely to screw something up. Other than that, one of the best holidays we’ve had. Amazing for couples, groups of friends and families with kids too.

the hotel itself is very beautiful and quiet and lovely however they have plenty of things that they can improve on.. starting with the prices of things. for starters the room that I stayed in came up to a total of a little over US$4000 and it just wasn’t worth the money. yes the room was nice but it was not worth $4000. secondly they don’t have any all inclusive packages that would be helpful for customers to save money. breakfast and dinner is included but lunch isn’t and then the fee for lunch is $150 per day and that does not include drinks so just imagine paying that if you’re staying there for two weeks. the manager is more than helpful and so is front desk reception. most of the servers in the buffet area have very nasty attitudes & don’t like doing their job clearly. the fans are never on so it’s always ridiculously hot wherever you go.. as for breakfast dinner and lunch the options are always pretty much the same and not much to choose from.. room service should be 24 hours or at least until 4/5 am considering the fact that dinner ends at 9 PM and breakfast starts at 7 AM I’m pretty sure plenty of people are really hungry during that time frame and there are no microwaves in the rooms so people pretty much just starve until its time to eat. I would also like to add the fact that I was charged $40 for a single burger & $15 for apple juice. I understand that this is a vacation and some prices are going to be different but that is just beyond ridiculous.

Close to Manta Rays
One of the few known islands which you can still walk around completely on the beach. Well organized transfer and nice reception and bar. Great dive center. For the price, the food needs drastic improvement and rooms need some brush up. For us, the steakhouse doesn't fit with the hotel and had the best food but with a heavy price tag. We had half board and the buffet at dinner had 6 choices of main courses but only 3 meats. The meat quality was also not good and they ran out of food quickly. For the price we paid, we would try another resort next time in the same area.

Not a lot of Americans get this far. Long way to go, so don't plan on seeing many fellow Americans. It is worth it. This is at a UNSECO biosphere site. It is an island with rooms and luxury for those trying to break away from life for a few days. No cars, No stores, No sundries stores, no vending. Not a potato chip - Literally with in miles (by boat) I suggest a semi beach bum life style. Bare foot and baggies. You eat, drink and relax and have fun. Snorkeling is great, scuba, jet ski, The sea life is abundant. Every evening an event to meet and greet at the main pool area. The rooms are very clean (housekeeping is excellent). The staff and reception learn your names and note your preferences, with you for every need. I travel often and have seen many resorts. This is in the top of the list. They work so hard to make your stay for you. Our "handler" greeter at the terminal. Can't say a enough, Took us from terminal to terminal, to process and got us on the "local" to the Island - the resort is the island and vice versa. These folks run on their own Kihaa (Island time). WIFI was problem free. If you want my honest opinion- yes worth the trip. The change from top gear to idling is a noticeable and welcome shift in your life. I say twist your lid off and let the stress bubble away.

We had an excellent week, food was very good, drinks were nice and the island is like paradise ....not to discribe in words. The staff at Kihaa Maldives is excellent they do everything to feel you comfortable. Il resort ha tutte le carte per essere un TOP level. La conduzione maldiviana ce la sta mettendo tutta e si vede. La spiaggia è attrezzata molto bene e ciascuno, anche gruppi grandi come il nostro (36 persone) ha trovato sempre disponibilità di lettini e ombra. I bungalow da quelli più basic ai super con piscine sono tutti molto grandi e bellissimi in stile maldiviano. Il ristorante, è variato e il cibo locale molto appetitoso! L'ALL inclusive comprende praticamente tutto tranne l'espresso, molto caro 8 dollari, e l'unico difetto è che termina alle 22.00. La SPA è molto cara come tutti gli extra. Che dire??? Sono tornata qui nel grigiore della città ma ho ancora negli occhi lo sconfinato colore smeraldo e il bianco riverbero della spiaggia borotalco dell'isola di Kihaa. Pero tanto di tornare presto!

Resort perfetto per chi vuole vivere una settimana in paradiso! Personale gentilissimo, soddisfa ogni richiesta e ti assiste da quando atterri a quando riparti! Unica pecca: il bagno all’aperto nella nostra beach villa non garantisce una pulizia impeccabile. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto! Для тех кто привык к высокому сервису и обслуживанию, то Вам не сюда! Потому что это остров, где живёт и обитает различная живность ) и Вы приезжаете к ним в гости, в их дом ;) Впринцепи никакого дискомфорта они не доставляют ;) Остров небольшой, но уютный и весь зелёный ) можно даже подумать что находишься где-то в джунглях, когда прогуливаешься по дорожке вдоль пальм )) Океан тёплый, чистый и прозрачный ;) есть риф, где можно поплавать и посмотреть на обитателей морских, а их тут очень много ;) так же советую заняться дайвингом - не пожалеете ;) особенно от людей которые тут работают - прежде всего они очень классные профессионалы! А от Русских фраз которые они знают, ещё долго будите вспоминать и смеяться )) Песок - как мука )) можно сутки сидеть и перебирать его )) А какие тут закаты - просто нет слов, одна лишь улыбка и слёзы на глазах )) Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный - всегда поможет и ответит на Ваши вопросы ;) Номер большой и просторный, Всё как на фото, перечислять нет смысла ;) Еда - Шведский стол, я думаю каждый найдёт то что любит ;) конечно лобстерами, омарами, кальмарами и осьминогами Вас тут не будут кормить )) но вся еда очень вкусная ;) Кто пьёт и выпивает - здесь присутствует практически весь алкоголь ;) Wi-Fi немного хромает, но это не главное, наслаждайтесь природой и общайтесь с людьми =) Здесь живут и работают очень замечательные и хорошие люди! И я рад что я с ними познакомился!

Assurément un superbe Resort sur une île non moins superbe. La politesse du staff est exemplaire. Nous avons passé une extraordinaire séjours. Seul petit point sombre, les tarifs du diving center qui sont un peu excessifs non pas aux regards du professionnalisme de l équipe du centre mais sur la qualite de certaines excursions notamment le all day snorkeling et le bapteme de plongée surtout comparé à d autres clubs de plongee.

Perfection Vacation
Had the most lovey time at Kihaa. The villas were stunning. The beach was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. Went snorkeling with mantas and sting rays. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and can’t wait to go back.

Location 5/5 Amazing views Facilities 5/5 They had most of the water sports and two pools ( one of them is an infinity pool) Our room 0/5 Even tho the room was cold, the bed was really uncomfortable and hot we couldnt sleep. When the mosquito nets were closed we couldn’t feel the cold but if we removed the net we would be exposed to the mosquitoes. When we spoke to the reception he just laughed in our face and said remove the net and no one had this problem before. Another note, the bathroom was outside so your exposed to bugs (crabs, lizards, beetles and ants) it’s not an issue for us but might be for other people who would need an indoor bathroom. Taps and shower head had rust and dirt on the floor. Food 2/5 For 5 nights we had the same food with slight variations and it feels like it was a high school cafeteria Staff 5/5 All smile, greet and happy to help

Sesta volta alle Madive...viaggio con mia figlia sedicenne...15 notti a buon prezzo...è il periodo delle piogge 16/6...3/7. (Mai piovuto) villaggio occupato solo al 30%....ottimo servizio all arrivo e alla partenza...camere ampia e confortevole...cibo buono e vario...personale di servizio merita un elogio a parte...precisi puntuali e se anche manca loro un po di professionalita il tutto è ampiamente rimediato con una gentilezza ed un sorriso....se per voi i problemi sono un po di ruggine sul rubinetto...una formica in bagno...un geco sul soffitto...qualche pezzo di corallo sulla spiaggia...be allora statevene a casina vostra...e fate godere questo paradiso a chi sa apprezzare tanta bellezza...spesso viaggio per turismo posso secondo la mia esperienza consigliare questo resort..

The island itself is the best one I have been to in the Maldives, our room was lovely as was the position it was in watching the sun go down but the cleansenss was good and I had to tell the young lad doing it several times the things he hadn’t cleaned properly or at all,the mini bar was crap and even when we asked for drinks we didn’t get them for a couple of days sometimes and had to complain to reception, the restaurant staff were very good and the food was acceptable, as I said the island itself is amazing but the people in charge of different services need to oversee their staff better, in other words better man management is needed,we never go back to the same island because we like to explore different ones but would recommend people try kihaa

Vi har nettopp kommet hjem etter et 2 ukers opphold på Kihaa Maldives. Stedet i seg selv er fantastisk, med nydelige strender og en fantastisk lagune som omkranser hele øya. Vi bodde i "Sunset Prestige Pavilion Beach Villa". Den lå på stranden, og hadde et rustikt preg, god plass, god aircondition og en fantastisk seng. Egne solsenger på stranden, og egen pavilion med sofa og bord. Føltes privat, med en fantastisk utsikt, og en fantastisk solnedgang. Det var minibar på rommet som: "etterfylles med brus og øl hver dag" Dette viste seg å bli vanskelig, av flere grunner. Kort fortalt, selv etter mange løfter om at: "det ordner vi selvfølgelig" så skjedde det aldri! I tillegg var Kihaa utsolgt for øl (alle typer) i 9 av de 14 dagene vi var der. Vi hadde ikke bestilt "all inclusive" da vi ikke er så glad i å spise til en fast tid, på buffet, hver dag. Vi ønsket å ha muligheten til å velge blant flere alternativer, som angitt på Kihaas websider. Det viste seg dessverre at det ikke var så enkelt. Jeg nøyer meg med å si at maten var ok, men hadde forventet langt bedre kvalitet på en 5 stjerners resort. Utrolig hyggelig å merke at personalet i restaurant/bar, in villa dining, house keeping gjorde det de kunne for å bidra til at vi fikk en god opplevelse. Her var det flere som viste høy grad av profesjonalitet og en fantastisk serviceinnstilling, og jeg vil trekke frem noen som fulgte oss hver dag under hele oppholdet: Nooratiza Kimsi, Ziyad Ahmed, Abdul. Fantastic resort! Vacker ö i ett område som gränsar till UNESCOS naturreservat, välskött natur. Husrevet är lättsnorklat och långgrunda stränder med kritvit korallsand gör badandet fantastiskt. Rummen är vackra i gott skick med fina material och tilltalande färger. Arkitekturen är fantastisk, inspirerad av traditionell byggteknik. Lagoon prestige ligger direkt mot stranden och är rymliga fristående enrumsvillor med halmtak och delvis utomhusbadrum. Mat i all-inclusive paketet serveras i stor, generös buffet i huvudrestaurangen - matallergier är inget problem! Underhållning på stranden varje kväll, anpassad för alla åldersgrupper. Mycket trevlig och lyhörd personal. Resorten är mycket barnvänlig men passar lika bra för vuxna som vill vila. Trots att det var fullbokat finns god plats för att vara ensam på stranden eller hitta en avskild plats för kvällsdrinken i solnedgången.

Beautiful island and great staff. Rooms are a bit dated and housekeeping is not the best (needed to keep requesting clean towels and for the fridge to be refilled). But the helpful staff and the beauty of the beaches make this resort a great place for a holiday.
