Outdoor Area

The overall property was great! Only thing I would change is adding some sort of water feature in the outdoor downstairs patio area between the two bedrooms. Instead of just a wall and plants. Throughout most of the day we heard cars going by when we tried to sit outside. Not very pleasant!

Gorgeous Immaculate Property

Fantastic stay. Beautiful property, grounds and pool area. Unit was immaculate and the property manager very responsive. Walking distance to awesome shops and beautiful beach and very central to other activities we did. Read some of the reviews complaining of road noise from the lanai, and there is a road, but it didn’t bother us at all. We used the beautiful grill multiple times and spent most of our mornings and evenings on the lanai. Only slight negative I would say is that the reservation is very “fee” heavy. Not sure if this is typical or atypical for the area. Overall, highly recommend.

Fantastic Location and Home Well Appointed

We have stayed in the these units previously and they are an overall great location and have great amenities. Highly recommend Ho-Olei. Only downside of this unit is there is a lot more road noise on the lanai than the previous place we stayed. Property manager (CBIV) could've been better.

Beautiful property

Great location and the villa is clean and very nice. The pool is the best part, big and quite. The only negative is the road noise on patio, but otherwise great place to stay in wailea.
