    Gorgeous 2 bedroom/2bath condo at Luana Kai. Brand new split air conditioning system. One unit located upstairs in the loft, one in the living room and one in the front bedroom for your comfort. Updated style furniture in the living room and master bedroom. Queen size mattresses in both bedrooms and a brand new sectional sofa sleeper in the living room to sleep 6. STUNNING KITCHEN REMODEL with granite countertops, cabinets, and all updated appliances is truly one of a kind. Gorgeous master bathroom shower with vaulted ceiling and light in shower. Beautiful custom cabinets and granite countertops in master bathroom and downstairs bathroom. Updated downstairs shower with light in shower. FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET, a full size washer and dryer in the unit, and a 42 inch flat screen television for your entertainment. ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW WHILE DINING OR RELAXING ON YOUR PRIVATE LANAI.

    AMENITIES: Deluxe kitchen fully stocked to prepare a gourmet meal. Built in microwave, cooking utensils, kitchen aid mixer, blender, food processor, coffee grinder, coffee maker, electric can opener, rice cooker, spice rack, and over 25 other spices provided. Pantry cabinet with extra supplies and storage space. Wifi Internet and Blue-Ray Player. All the linens and towels are provided. Hair dryers, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys and beach towels provided for your convenience.


    Located on the 3rd floor, the loft style condo has large windows and vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in every room. The beauty of the Luana Kai design allows soft trade winds to move through the condo. Gorgeous kitchen remodel with custom granite counters, updated cabinets, and all updated appliances. Pantry cabinet with extra supplies and storage space. There is no elevator, but the stairs are very conveniently located and it's an easy trip from parking lot to door. Luana Kai is so close to everywhere on Maui you want to be, yet so relaxing and un-crowded. The peaceful beach out in front is perfect for walking, exploring & sunsets. Just minutes away from the best beaches on Maui for swimming and snorkeling. For the more adventurous, one of the best wind/kite surfing areas on Maui is located right in front of the resort, wind permitting.

this was a great location and place to stay. we were there for a month and enjoyed it immensely...the condo was well kept and the hosts were great...we were just a short walk away from the beach and we just relaxed and enjoyed our stay..

Beautiful Condo, clean and well stocked, a true blessing for air travel. Host had great suggestions and very responsive. Resort pool, hot tub, and grills were all well maintained and used but never crowded even on a high travel week. Would most definitely stay here again.

Jean was very friendly and welcoming. The condo is furnished beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need if you plan on cooking. There are plenty of herbs and spices that are available too. The view from the lanai is a wonderful place to wake up to with a cup of coffee. Hope to be a repeat guest! Thank you, Jean!

Absolutely amazing!

Home was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking! Beautiful view, great pool, definitely feels like you are staying at a high end resort. Will absolutely book this property again.

Beautiful getaway!

We had such a great time at this beautiful condo. We loved the location and all surrounding food options. The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The breeze through the condo was amazing and we loved spending mornings on the lanai drinking coffee and my daughter loved night swims in the pool. We will definitely be back !

Beautiful Home with Great Waterviews and an Ideal Host

This lovely home was as advertised, and then some. Convenient location, comfortable and attractive living, fantastic views and perhaps the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever visited. Jean is an excellent host, providing lots of information to help enhance the stay (eg great restaurant picks) and very responsive, yet unintrusive. We hope to return someday!

Spring Break 2025

This was a spectacular stay! We enjoyed the condo and it’s amenities. Everything we needed (like beach towels and mats) were available for us to use. Jean reached out prior to our stay and answered all of our questions. The condo was close to multiple grocery stores and great eateries, all within reasonable walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with anything you could need. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Jean was a wonderful host and has stocked this condo so thoughtfully. We loved the beach supplies which included boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and mats. We were grateful for the large beach towels and coolers to pack our picnic lunches. The beds were very comfortable and the AC & fans kept the condo nice and cool. The ocean view from the lanai is wonderful! We loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the sunset while we ate dinner. The resort is beautiful and relaxing. Our kids loved the pool and we used one of the BBQs to cook dinner one evening. Parking was easy and right by the stairs up to the condo. We had a wonderful Spring Break in Maui and having this incredible condo to come back to each day was perfect!

Great well-stocked location!

We had a great stay at Jean’s condo. Excellent communication from host. Lots of supplies, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and pull-out couch. Great location. We had fun in the pool and walking around the grounds. Highly recommend!

Condo was great and very well stocked. Jean was great to work with and gave us a lot of info and tips. Beautiful beach with turtles right in front of the property. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back to Maui.
