Good location

Good location in south Kihei. Condo is sufficient with AC only in the bedroom so fans are required to cool the living room. Cockroaches in the kitchen every morning in spite of storing all food in the fridge. I suppose this is typical for the tropics and unit was tented the day after we checked out so that might help. Supplies are sparse but sufficient. I failed to add my spouse when reserving and was supplied with two bath towels and a beach towel. A call to My Perfect Stays and this was corrected. $300 in Corian, pots and pans and silverware would improve the kitchen and an area rug in the living room would also help. All in all, a good value for the price and we would stay here again.

We had a great time. Love the Hale Kamaole complex and have stayed 5 times. Perfect location for us. The condo had the perfect view and a comfortable interior. My only complaint is that it needs to be cleaned better than just a surface clean for me to be happy!

The location was amazing and the place had everything we needed. We had a great stay. The couple issues (one my fault) the management company was on it right away and did not make me feel bad for my error. They were great to deal with and saved our vacation. Nicely renovated condo in a complex that is a one minute walk from the beach. Not much noise from Kihei road. Very clean and well outfitted. Plenty of natural light. Second floor. Loved it and would stay here again.

This was our second stay in this unit; we returned because we were so happy the first time we stayed. The complex is beautiful and well kept, and the unit is as well. The property mgmt team called to check in on the day we arrived and a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was to our liking. Great experience!

It was a nice property and great location. My one disappointment was it was so hot in the condo when we got there and it didn't ever seem to catch up (cool off) and we kept blinds closed and the shade pulled on the balcony.

We stayed in the same condo last year, so obviously we liked it. We noticed a couple of upgrades from last year--new beach chairs, etc. Everything was fully stocked with cooking pans. This location is so great--straight across from Kamole Beach III, close to Five Palms Restaurant--one of the best Happy Hours. I walked early in the morning on the sidewalks into town. So close to so many other great beach and restaurant locations too.

Kehei Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is exactly as pictured, was super clean, and we could see whales from our lanai. It is a very nicely kept property and quiet at night. The beach sunsets are beautiful. The property managers were great--they communicated before our stay so we had no problem getting in--also made sure we were OK during our stay. We had no issues but feel like they would have responded promptly if we had. Would love to come back next year!
