One-bedroom ground floor condo with Garden View and easy access to two pools and BBQ area. King bed in bedroom, with Murphy bed in living room - to sleep 4 people comfortably. Totally remodeled unit, new appliances, furniture and bedding throughout. Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom as well as an Air Conditioner in the living room. Outside of the unit you'll find patio for outdoor dining, BBQ Grills, Gas Grills, Outdoor Showers, Shared Pools, Tennis Courts, and direct Beach access!

Great location and nicely remodeled condo

The location is wonderful. Close to the beaches in both Kihei and Wailea. The condo unit is close to the pool and the tennis court, which we enjoyed very much. The management was very responsive and did a good job. The unit is nicely remodeled and the kitchen is fantastic. Only problem is the shower stall. The half-open glass door looks nice but the water splashes so much that it is not practical. Overall we were very happy with the place.
