Kihei Akahi #C-203 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. There is a queen bed and queen sofa bed, and a walk-in shower (no tub). Unit has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Each reservation will receive one free tropical sarong to use and take home with you as a souvenir of your stay at #C-203! For outdoor activities, Kihei Akahi #C-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Kihei Akahi is just across from Kamaole Beach #2 and it is moderately priced. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also 2 pool areas with gas grills and a tennis court for your use. Kihei Akahi is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great spot in Kihei!

Great location right across from Kamaole 2 and even has a view of the ocean from the lanai. The unit is very well equipped with everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs. Everything worked as it should and we had no issues. We were quite comfortable but would suggest a new mattress soon. It seems to be fairly old, slightly sagged in the middle and very soft due to the thick foam topper. The carpet could use a shampoo soon as the high traffic areas are showing a bit dirty. Other than these couple things we were very happy with our stay!

Kihei Akahi Unit c-203

Exactly as presented in VRBO and great. Interior of the unit was clean, well furnished, and kitchen was well appointed with all the needed items. We enjoyed the games that were in the unit (Rumikub). The tennis/pickleball court was a great ammenity. It was not crowded. Good sign-up system for use of the court. Location is perfect. 2 minute walk from our unit to the beach. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee, shave ice, surf shops.

Perfect Home Away From Home

I absolutely cannot believe I lucked out with booking this place! It was absolutely wonderul and no complaints whatsoever. My partner and I slept wonderfully because the bed was sooo comfortable and it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was within walking distance that we never really took our car out to get food or visit the store! It was a wonderful stay and would 100% come back again.

3rd stay at Kihei Akahi, 1st time at C203 Didn’t notice mold and dirt until standing in shower. Didn’t receive the free sarong and there has been no contact to us about it.

Relaxing condo at a great location

Well-kept condo in Kihei, not too crowded facilities even though many other people staying in adjacent condos. Was quiet at night. Condo filled with mirrors which was unique. Very clean. Easy checkout. Only critique I’d make is that you had to manually check in at office upon arrival which is slightly inconvenient because it’s hours are 8-5, the prime hours to be exploring the island.

Great location but dumpy and missing details for the price

Location is great. Check in and communication is good. Small details need to be worked on such as : providing more toilet paper, providing kleenex, hiding/moving owners stuff from the suite so that it is cleaner and less cluttered for guests. As a guest I do not want to open cupboards and see heaps of someone elses stuff.

Amazing location and condo

Location is so close to the beach, way closer then I envisioned. Quiet and easy accessible. So many extras included in this condo. Great a/c. And fans. Tons of towels provided, beach chairs, boogey board, sunscreen etc. it was such a comfortable stay. I'll be back!

Great location and clean place!

The condo was located in a perfect location between Kihei and Wailea and right across from a nice beach where we watched sunset and did some morning beach walks. Good central location within walking distance to a few coffee and açaí bowl shops and a little further of a walk to some great restaurants/bars, plus a good jumping off point for a drive upcountry to Haleakala and Hana. Very clean and fully stocked with a cooler, chairs, beach towels and even a boogie board so no need to bring your own. Only challenge was registering for parking - we arrived late the first night and left super early for the Road to Hana so couldn’t register within the first 24 hours as the office wasn’t open. We called Rentals Maui and they helped sort it out so we could register the next morning. Would recommend!

great all around

clean, close to get food and good beaches, easy check in process. the room can get a little stuffy but the fans are a godsend. the door is a little weird and one of the outlets didn't work but that's all i have to complain about. I loved that there were chairs and a boogie board and beach towels.
