Great stay!

The property and location was exactly as stated in the listing. We had a great time switching between the pool and beach, and the property was centrally located on the island, which made travel to other parts of the island easy. The onsite amenities (grill, common space, rentals, convenience store) were great to have as well!

Wonderful stay for family of 5

We enjoyed the property. Snorkeling right out front was amazing, jumping waves in afternoon was a highlight too. Beds are comfy, snorkeling gear and cooler came in handy. This was a great location for all of our planned excursions. Enjoyed the pool, refreshing and clean. Great stay for our family. Highly recommend.

Shannan was very helpful in making our stay a vacation to remember. This complex is steps from an incredible beach, and you have everything you need close by. I highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

Really enjoyed our stay. Check-in and out was easy and seemless. Very clean place with great views and close enough to the beach that you can really enjoy the sound of the surf. Pool was never overcrowded which is nice, general store on property is super convenient (not that other options aren't close by as it's a great location overall). Plenty of amenities in the unit. Thanks for a great stay!

Snorkeling is AMAZING

The property is so clean and the view is incredible. It’s one of the few places that have a beach at your condo. We loved being able to snorkel right off the beach. We swam with 5/6 sea turtles each day of our stay. The condo had everything you need for a great beach vacation. The location was perfectly located between Kihei & Wailea with lots of restaurants. The restaurant on site is closed which was a bummer, but they are supposed to be opening a new restaurant.

Shannon’s condo in Mana Kai was really nice. Our favourite place to stay in Maui. Her condo specifically felt like home for the almost 3 weeks we stayed there. Fully stock with all the essentials, comfortable furniture and not to mention there was beach gear that is generously provided for the kids and adults. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her condo!

Magnificent Time in Maui

509 Mana Kai was an absolute dream come true. The location is exceptional and exactly what we were looking for: close to resorts but a homey feel. It was our first time on Maui and I pray it won’t be our last and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the same place. I can’t say enough good things about this unit and the experience as a whole. Our hosts were very responsive and the room was immaculate loved every minute of our vacation with our teens. Thank you, Shannan and Mana Kai!

Amazing family vacation!

Our family of five absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect. We spent our days playing in the pool and the ocean and the fact that they were so close together meant that it was easy for one adult to take one kid to the beach while the others stayed at the pool or ran up to the condo to grab snacks. The condo and property were very clean (maybe the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in) and had everything we needed. The 808 General Store in the building was also very convenient. I recommend checking it out. We would definitely stay here again!

Mana Kai is rough to beat! Beautiful beach steps away and pool oceanside. Unit was nicely appointed. Very comfortable. Would recommend communicating with property manager via text instead of email. I emailed days before trip without response. Did get a quick reply when I text the ice maker for the fridge/freezer wasn’t working. Said they would check on getting fixed. Never heard back. In the scheme of things, not the end of the world.

Beautiful

Split our trip on Maui between 2 places, this room was better in every way. Equipped as if we stayed at Grandma's house, even a ninja blender that made great smoothies. Lots of pretty beaches on Maui but every beach we visited, we commented that that we should have just stayed "Home" -therefore we felt the location perfect. The golf course type lawn next to beach was an unexpected bonus -to be on the beach without getting dirty if you choose, although we did mostly relax in the soft sand. View was tremendous, will be hanging photos taken from balcony on our wall at home. Great AC, comfy beds, nice showers with good pressure, modern appliances, water filter, could go on and on - Very highly recommended!!

Truly Outstanding

Our stay at Mana Kai was perfect. Myself, my wife, our 2 children and my mother and father in law all stayed. I was a little worried that the consensus be to small for all of us but it was not. We never felt like we were in close quarters due to the separate suites. The view and location was beautiful and perfect. The amenities like to onsite grocery store, beach rental for boogie boards, grill and pool were perfect. Everything was well stocked and just as described. The pull out sleeper bed was pretty comfortable for a pull out couch. My wife and kids have never been to Maui and my wife was reluctant due to the 9 hour plane ride to go. After staying here she reports she never wants to go anywhere else for future vacations. I can not recommend this condo and property more highly. It really was the perfect spot for the perfect vacation. We will be back.

Great Location and Views!

Stayed four nights in this condo as a group of five college roommates celebrating our 65th birthdays and 47 years of friendship. Beautiful views from the lanai of sunrise over the mountains behind us, and sunset over the ocean in front of us. The condo was comfortable and well equipped, and the towels were nothing short of luxurious! Having an assigned parking spot near the entrance was so convenient. The outdoor areas were absolutely the best - nice pool, clean wide beach, and fantastic lawn area well equipped with lounge chairs. Plus close and easy access to town and shopping. The size of the condo worked for the five of us but might be a little tight with six adults. If we were to offer one area improvement for the next season, a freshen up of paint might be in order. Overall, the unit was perfect for us and Shannan was a dream to work with! Five thumbs up! And thank you for sharing your amazing home!

5 star view and location!! Condo has all the comforts of home and Shannan was a dream to work with!

We cannot say enough good things about this property. The view and beach was stunning. We saw whales from the lanai! The concierge downstairs arranged two excursions for us. The General Store made fantastic açaí bowls. :). The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The photos of the unit are exactly how it looks in person. The owner/manager thought of EVERYTHING. We ate most breakfasts in the unit along with dinner once and the unit had all we needed to make it easy and enjoyable. They have grills on the main level as well. We traveled with our seven year old who loved the pool and the beach toys provided in the deck box. We snorkeled right off the beach (gear also provided in the unit) - you’ll see turtles, starfish and a rainbow of other fish and if you dive down you can hear the whales singing. We look forward to booking here again!
