Great trip

We had a wonderful trip to Maui. The location was great allowing us a comfortable homebase as we explored the island. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and other helpful items available to us. The condo was clean,well stocked, and quite comfortable for a family of 4. Thank you!

Great location with special touches

This nice apartment is right across the street from Kam 2 and 3 beaches. The owner took special touches like labels by each light switch and on each drawer which are much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen too. And great beach gear! The complex is older and smaller than its neighbors but it means the rather decent pool is not as crowded. Overall highly recommended!

We had a blast! Love the location and ease of access. It made a world of difference for us to have an assigned parking spot and a washer/dryer. Felt HUGE inside. Great kitchen to use and we enjoyed eating on the deck.

Absolutely would stay here again

We really enjoyed staying at this home. Here are some things (all good) that are worth highlighting: - It's really, really close to the beach. Five minutes if you walk slowly. - They have two beach chairs, an umbrella, two boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, you name it. - Well stocked kitchen. - Really well located to places you want to be in the Kihei area. Definitely a place you should consider.

The size of the condo is fairly big and pretty clean when you first walk and can sleep 2 families maybe even 3. The the condo is right next to the beach which is very convenient and near really good shave ice place..Mahalo.

Perfect Place to Stay in Paradise

Neil, your condo is the perfect place to stay in Hawaii. Our family (5 people, ages 19+) was very comfortable—great sleeping arrangements, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. The condo was clean on arrival and the check in process is seamless. The location is perfect—literally across the street from the beach—and the beach chairs/umbrellas were much appreciated. Neil was accessible and his recommendations of places to eat was spot on (especially the Paia Fish Market and Kihei Kaffe). We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at the condo if we have the opportunity to return to Maui. Thanks!

Everything you need!

We had a great stay at the property. I have never stayed at a condo that was so well equipped! Everything you can imagine is in the kitchen, including a great pineapple cutter. We especially appreciated the chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella. This made for great beach days. The beach is directly across the street and an easy walk with the stuff. We enjoyed driving a few minutes to the Wailea public beach as well. Nice wide beach that is long enough for a great beach walk. Neil’s suggestion s for activities and restaurants were spot on. Lots of restaurants very close at hand.

Great location

We had a wonderful Stay as meals please earlier this month. The place had everything you could ever want in the kitchen and for the beach (nice towels he shares snorkeling gear, and then umbrella.). The location was crate the beach across the street had beautiful turtles lots of snorkeling, and was not too crowded when we were there. There was also places to walk to and conveniently located other cities we wanted to visit. This kind it was perfect for my family of 4 (2 kids and two adults). Neil answered all of my questions within minutes. We hope to be able to come back soon and rent this place again. Thanks Neil!

Great stay, great location!

Stayed here for about a month while working. The condo had everything you can possibly need to enjoy the area (beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc.)! Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable. AC worked great and kept all rooms very cool during the day and night. The living room was good size with 2 oversized couches that can easily sleep guests. The toilet tank in the guest room had a crack in it and was leaking during our stay. I reached out to Neil and he took immediate action and had the toilet replaced within hours of my initial message regarding the toilet. The check in/out process was super simple and didn’t require any extra hassle. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for us!

We loved this property … if you’re looking for super fancy, high end — this isn’t it. It is comfortable, convenient, well stocked with cooking gear, close to the beach, covered parking, very nice quiet pool, wonderful deck/lanai which was never noisy. We never turned on the a/c, it was perfectly comfortable without it. Four adults — so we needed the sofa bed, which wasn’t great but it was fine. Bathrooms are very nice, good showers, plenty of room for 4 women. I felt like this was a very good value for Maui and would absolutely go back. Excellent responsive communication with owner. WiFi worked well. We felt safe, and very happy. Thank you!

Condo in Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It wasn't perfect, but given the price, it was pretty incredible. Pros: The place is as described. Two bedrooms, two baths, spacious, full kitchen, laundry, large lanai. The beds were comfy and the unit is in a quiet part of the property. It is short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is also a lot to do within a short drive (Wailea is less than 5 minutes). Neil is great host - extremely responsive and provides all of the information you need. Cons: The furniture and appliances are a bit outdated, but none of that was a surprise as the listing is accurate. There were a few little tiny bugs constantly on the dining table, so I think that needs to be replaced. The cleaning crew didn't do the best job, so there was some dirt, etc. when we got there. I also wish there was more than just hand soap and dish soap, as we had to buy a body wash/shampoo combo at Safeway. Overall, I would definitely stay here again given the amazing value (two beds/baths and amazing location). Thanks for having us!
