We loved staying at this gorgeous beachfront property, it was clean, well-kept and the beds were very comfortable. Waking up to the ocean across the front lawn was a treat each morning, especially since we could walk out on the deck straight to the grass.Also, the condo building is within walking distance of several shops/restaurants, and the beach gear was a nice plus. The owners/manager are also very responsive to guest concerns.

We had a fantastic stay at B123 in Maui Sunset, Kihei.The condo was very well stocked with beach equipment, towels, games and all kitchenware we needed during our stay with six adults.The view is across a large, beautiful lawn straight into the Pacific Ocean with the northwest Maui in the distance - the beach, as described, was a good walking beach and not meant for swimming/snorkeling.Communication was effective and the front-office for check-in was quite easy and friendly.We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the lanai and the view. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. We had a great time and would happily stay there again.

The condo was everything as advertised and more! Fantastic location (125 steps to the beach), beautiful interior and well appointed with everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The lawn was great for our kids to run around and they had a blast in the pool. The location was close to everything and the place was perfect for our family. It was also well stocked with everything which made things easy. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Location was fantastic! Definitely the best positioned unit at the condo when it came to the views and walkout. We had a couple hiccups with the bedAnd ceiling fan when we got there, but the owner was super responsive and were immediate in addressing our concerns and making sure we had everything we needed. Well definitely stay there again when back in Maui

We loved the unit and the overall property. Great location and great place to enjoy a meal on the patio, play shuffleboard, walk to the beach for sunset, etc. also happy with the clean grills available to make dinner!

Great place!

Perfect for our family of six adults, centrally located to everything on Maui. There was flash flooding when we stayed and we were able to detour around the main road closure from the parking lot. Easy beach access and great amenities.
