  • Welcome to Maui Parkshore 409, a bright and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. This unit does not have A/C, but enjoys refreshing island breezes and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Located in the heart of South Maui, this top-floor retreat is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, convenience, and easy island living.

    Situated directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III—one of South Maui's most popular beaches—you'll have quick access to swimming, snorkeling, and unforgettable sunset views just steps from your door. Start your mornings on the private lanai with a cup of coffee and a glimpse of the ocean, and unwind in the evening as the sun sets over the Pacific.

    Inside, the open-concept living area provides a cool and comfortable place to relax, featuring ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV for streaming after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen is both functional and inviting, with a mix of appliances, clean white cabinetry, and ample counter space—perfect for preparing meals at home.

    The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, and a private ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower—ideal for rinsing off after the beach. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, making it a comfortable space for additional guests. A second full bathroom with a bathtub and shower is conveniently located nearby.

This condo has been neglected and needs repairs. The pictures shown are not a true representation of the condo condition! It was a bait and switch. Only thing nice was the view and pool. 1. Guest shower won’t drain properly. Could not use it. 2. Guest toilet is leaking. Had to waist 2 days to have someone come out to try and fix it. The guy was really nice but could not get the toilet fix because of needing approval. Only had 1 toilet and shower to use. 3. Kitchen cabinets are chipping and paint is sticking to bowls and cups. You have to rewash them before using them. You can tell they are the original cabinets and did barre minimum to make them work. 4. Dirty stove fan. 5. Couch cushions are falling apart and have NO MORE SUPPORT. They need a new couch. 6. Outdoor cushions have NO MORE SUPPORT. They are warned out. 7. Guest bathroom door knob falling off. 8. Front door stopper is placed above door knob. Fear of door handle hitting wall. 9. Shower in main bedroom has a cracked tile on the bottom corner. The grout is dirty. 10. Counters in kitchen are warn, pitted, and have several marks. 11. The blinds in the guest will not close and are broken. Could not change in that room because everyone could see inside condo. 12. Light fixture in bathroom was dirty and filled with bugs. 13. Glass blinds to the patio are broken and will not open. 14. Washing machine and dryer knobs are dirty. 15. Baseboards are nicked and some walls are missing them.
