The apartment is very comfortable and newly updated, everything worked as advertised. The photos are accurate, including the stunning views. The property is beautiful and is super conveniently located: pool and beach are right in front, and we heard from some folks on the island that is one of the best beaches on Maui. It was great for swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing on the beach. The host was very responsive.

The condo was very accessible and clean. The communications from the owner were extremely helpful, eliminating all the stress of arrival, understanding the resort amenities and locating good dining nearby. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the resort. The pool was cleaned daily as was the lobby and the lawn area. Our view of the ocean from our balcony was gorgeous with a beautiful sand beach for long walks. Beach rentals on site and the general store were very nice to have.

Wonderful Condo

Great unit, great location, great view, access to the beach was all we could ever hope for, amazingly quiet neighbors and grounds, easy access to parking and the beach - it was a perfect visit. The little store that's there was perfect for some small needs we had, everyone we ran into on the staff was friendly and the pool, while pretty small, was clean and a wonderful temperature. While we were there beach waves were very calm, and dogs on the beach were quite common. Owner was very responsive. We loved it and will not hesitate to return.

Great place to stay

The Mana Kai is one of the only places in the Kehei area that is right on the beach, with a nice pool and lawn next to the beach. This location is especially good for families with young children. This unit is very nice, well equipped, and communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend.

We stayed here 3 days before moved to Marriott Waliea. I told my husband i enjoy this vrbo balcony view compare to the one in Marriott. And has better beach too. So close to the ocean. Highly recommended this place.

The condo is beautifully appointed! Feels like a very high end hotel room. Everything is provided and the kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies. We had a very minor plumbing problem and the property manager had it graciously fixed in a matter of hours.

The Mana Kai never disappoints! Unit 306 was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would stay in this particular unit again and hope to! The views are amazing and the ease of access to the best beach on Maui is what keeps us coming back here year after year.

Great location and very nice condo

This unit was in a great location, located near but not in the middle of the Kihei retail areas. We had no issues hopping in the car and finding parking for breakfast and dinner. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Mana Kai facility and location were great and provided our kids a great balance of ocean and beach entertainment, and the turtles and snorkeling were so cool! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

Scott’s condo was perfect for our 4 night stay in Kihei. The location was great, right on the beach and just a short drive from tons of great restaurants and shops. The unit is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The complex had a small resort feel and was kept up very well. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with all the essentials plus more. Communication was superb. I would definitely recommend!!

Amazing Everything

We loved loved our stay here. Beds comfortable, towels were nice. The location was perfect. Beach was amazing right outside so we didn't have to go very far if we wanted a lazy day. Saw so many turtles in the water! Rental was great for our family. Close to so many restaurants and grocery stores within 10 minute drive. I am an avid runner and the running into Wailea was absolutely stunning. Scott was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Would definitely rent here again. Mahalo!

Perfect paradise

This condo is the perfect setting for a relaxing , rejuvenating vacation. The condo is situated on a lovely sand beach that your balcony looks out on with the sound of the waves as your music. You can walk from your beach all the way to Waimea enjoying the scenery, stopping to swim or stopping by the “Whale’sTale” for a smoothie and snack. You can also walk into Kihei easily and explore the shops and restaurants. The beds and linens were very comfortable and one bedroom has a slider that opens up to the lanai . The communication with the owner was excellent and we plan to return to this condo again as soon as we can !!

Great Views

We enjoyed our stay at Mana Kai. Condo was everything our host said it was plus more. The view of the beach and sunsets were amazing and unforgettable. Several turtles decided to visit during our stay with one coming ashore to rest while 3 others romped in the surf. What an incredible site to be able to see wildlife in their natural habitat The condo itself was very comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony most morning have breakfast and tea. Never really had to use the air conditioner as the breeze was always very comfortable. Listening to the waves break at night was relaxing and helped you drift off to sleep after a busy day of exploring the island. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we hope to be able to come and stay again!

High recommend this property!!! The condo is located beachfront providing a fantastic balcony view of the large crescent shaped beach, ocean, and beautiful sunsets. The outside pool was very clean with a grass area with palm trees and comfortable lounge chairs located just beyond the pool. The sandy beach started next to the grass area. The grassy area saved you from getting beach sand if you just wanted to relax outside, read a book, and view the sunset. You can also snorkel and kayak right next to the condo.The inside of the property was very clean, updated, comfortable layout, and stocked with bath and beach towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with items for cooking. We prepared dinner every evening in the kitchen and ate at the balcony table during sunset. There are four quality grills available in the grass area. We reserved one for a specific time. When we went to use it, the grill was very clean and preheated. Once we were done, the condo staff cleaned it for the next user.The owner was easy to deal with and clearly communicated information. Overall the condo was very clean, great location with a wonderful view, nice layout and good amenities. We are already dreaming of returning!!!!!
