We love Kam Sands for its location and amenities. Great pool and staff. And our daughter lives nearby. Lovely stay .

Excellent location!

Perfect location in Kihei to access the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach accessories made our trip so much more enjoyable. Communication with Bob was excellent!

A lovely stay by the beach

The condo was perfect and central to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Amenities were plenty and had no issues getting around. Bob was wonderful and a great host, will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Short Walk to Beach

This unit is within walking distance to Kam III beach and the pool is only feet away. Beach gear is also provided. The bedroom has very comfortable A/C for those not adjusted to the tropical climate. The bedroom shower is probably due for an update but serviceable and clean. Great location for those wanting to stay near the beach but also visiting Upcountry.

Home of Paradise

Such an amazing place! Felt at home!! Walk out the back patio and your steps from the pool & hot tub! Centrally located, GREAT LOCATION! Awesome beach across the street and amazing sunsets every night! We truly enjoyed walking the grounds. Our host Bob was Amazing!! He gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to see. You can’t go wrong with this condo in Paradise.

Wonderful location

We loved the location of the property. The ground floor unit made it so easy to walk to the pool and beach. The unit was well stocked. The owner is very responsive and so helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Beach Dreams

It was everything promised and more. Our host is a great communicator and very hospitable. We had all the tips and suggestions we needed to make our stay fun, convenient, functional and fantastic. We were invited to reach out and ask questions any time we needed. Our surroundings were beautiful outside and chic inside. So much fun!!!

Great Location

The condo was clean and quite, the only thing that was off was the bedroom air conditioner, super loud. We’re wimps from Colorado. Lol

Beautiful Condo at Kamaole Sands

Such as beautiful place to stay at! Very tidy and had absolutely everything we needed. It's at the perfect location, right across the street from the beach and very easy to get around. I would highly recommend staying here!

Sparkling clean and thoughtfully appointed.

I've been staying at different condos for 8 years at Kamaole Sands and this is by far one of my favorites. Great location for the pool and having a ground floor unit made coming and going easy. The condo was sparkling clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot

The condo was nicely updated and the decor was great. It was clean and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The resort grounds were wonderful as well and the location was centrally located and close to beaches, shopping and food. We will make another visit here for sure!

The Perfect Place to Spend my Birthday ~ The Condo is Beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of "Home" ~ The Grounds can only be described as "Park-Like" Every thing from the beach (right across the street), restaurants / bars, activities within walking distance.
