Beautiful property. Lots of grass for the kids to play while we prelared dinner at the BBQ. Very clean and only 2 minute walk to the beach.

Great family of 4 vacay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands many time before and this property was great just like the others. Super awesome Lanai that our kids could enjoy meals outside and then run around the pretty grass areas and play. Had everything we needed and we experienced no big issues. Would love to stay again. Thanks!

Well stocked Kitchen

I would stay at this place again. The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, good knives for cooking and even containers for your leftovers. The overall decor was bright yet calming. The bed in the master room was comfortable. The ground floor makes for easy access, although a tiny bit of noise from the elevator at times. The large lanai is a great place to enjoy meals. The unit is close to the beach and the pool. The communication was very easy and received a quick response.

We enjoyed staying in this first floor unit, there was no overhead noise and walls were well insulated too. The lanai added space to what was a smaller than expected unit.

No Internet or Cell Service in Bedroom

Called management several times and received no call back! Impossible to communicate with outer world from the bedroom/bathrooms. This unit has no cell service and no internet so WiFi calling was not an option. We were in Kihei for a wedding therefore logistics to handle. We couldn’t enjoy the unit as we got ready in a rush as raced out to receive calls and messages

Lovely- Relaxing - Peaceful Ground Floor Unit in Kihei/Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands and this ground floor condo. We liked staying in the building 7 with the quiet and pretty surroundings off the lanai. The unit was clean, however we encountered some sticky residue on the floor from the cleaning product which was unpleasant to walk on. Thankfully, management took care of this issue with housekeeping coming and re-mopping the floors. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sleeping in a king size bed. This unit has two full bathrooms which was awesome to have, along with laundry and AC in main living area and bedroom. The Kitchen was well equipped, clean and very functional because we cooked reguarly. The unit had beach towels, coolers, chairs and a umbrella. We missed having boogie boards. The wifi was not great, and when we contacted management they were very helpful in providing a wifi hotspot which we really appreciated. We love the area that Kamaole Sands is located, the beach was great, even though the storm created some changes. The park across the street is one of the best features to go each evening to watch the sunset. I would recommend this unit and Kamaole Sands where you will enjoy a relaxing, peaceful and wonderful Kihei/Maui vacation. Management was very attentive and the arrival instructions were very informative, especially since our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Unit 105, Kamaole Sands.
