The bed was really uncomfortable- after the 8th night I slept on the floor. Had to get a massage and was in pain. No can opener and lacked some basic kitchen items. Sadly it is in a beautiful location, but is in need of updates.

The location was great, but everything about this unit is outdated. Bed mattress is most likely original and nothing in this rental has been updated in a very long time.

Vacation

Positives: the location for this condo was great, just across the street from the beach. The shower was nice. Negatives: this condo needs to be upgraded, the beds is terrible and is 23 years old, it was so uncomfortable we had to take the top mattress off the box springs and put it on the floor. When we did this we noticed the tag on the bed said it was made in 1999. It is time to upgrade it. We tried to sleep on the couch pullout but it was worse. The kitchen needs to be upgraded. There were limited frying pans and they are wore out and old, the kitchen towels were more like rags that we would use in our shop. The couch was broke and we had to have maintenance come in and fix it, the toilet was leaking and maintenance came back to fixed it, we weren’t able to plug in our hair dryer into the outlet in the bathroom without tripping the breaker to the living room and bathroom. All the furniture is old and wore. We have been renting condos for over 30 years and this one may be one of the worst It was very disappointing.

The good: Unit was clean. Very close to the beach. Pool was nice. Overall I’d say it was as described. Improvements: The mattress needs to be replaced. Very saggy on the one side. Anytime we started the dishwasher the sink backed up with water. Bathroom sink plug doesn’t work.
