🏡 PROPERTY CONDITION:

This is one of the most affordable options on Maui. The unit is older and has not been remodeled, but it is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. If you prefer ultra-modern accommodations, please consider another property.

🚗 ROAD PROXIMITY:

With its prime front-building location offering quick beach access, some road noise is expected. Please do not book if this may be a concern.

🐓🦎 PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:

Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

☀️ HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
