We were there during the three days of storm Kona so unfortunately all pool & BBQ facilities were closed. As well as access to the beach. Horrible trees down the landscaping cruise will definitely have their work cut out for them cleaning up but otherwise the grounds looked immaculate. We had a problem being locked out of our unit, as I left my cell phone inside, and it took almost 45 minutes on a Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. to get the access codes resent to my husband's phone.

I liked the property overall, but not this particular unit (18C). The road noise was very loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and there was also a persistent electrical noise coming from the wall in the master bedroom. When we contacted the office, we were told to use earplugs, which wasn’t a satisfactory solution. We also couldn’t enjoy the balcony—having breakfast or even a cup of tea or coffee wasn’t pleasant due to the constant noise from cars driving right next to the unit. Next time, I’ll definitely double-check the specific unit before booking.

Let me start with positives. The view beautiful! The condo nights. And working with the check-in staff top-notch! On site review post area love self checking and self parking. Very good price for accommodations and free parking. In the area is lovely. That’s where my pleasant experience ends. Here’s the truth about the accommodations and what we experience. We arrived late in the evening after a very long day of travel. If your person who likes privacy, this is not the place for you. The blinds are completely sheer and being this apartment was on a ground floor. Anyone can stand outside your window and watch you in your bed sleep it is very concerning especially if your person likes to sleep with a few lights on in the TV. So saying that we couldn’t get comfortable wasn’t understatement because the living room room has the same type of curtains. When calling the staff and complaining about this, they offered to set up some kind of makeshift blinds. The other item is I’m a person who suffers from asthma. The condo that we stayed in had a very antiquated air-conditioning system that could only be activated for six hours at a time so if you went to sleep, forgot to crank the AC timer on on the wall you would wake up to a sweltering bedroom. The other item they don’t tell you in their ads is that only 50% of the house has a C so when you were in the bathroom, trying to put on your makeup, you are sweating the entire time. As the little AC units do not call the unit off.

The property itself was wonderful- great pools, well cared for common areas and easy access to a wonderful swimmable beach. Convenient location. The apartment itself was large, well appointed but there were notable cleanliness issues in the kitchen.

My wife and I had a great time at Wailea Ekahi. The entire property is top notch; the unit was great with awesome views. We saw many a whale from the lanai on a daily basis. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful peaceful condo resort. Clean and comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Staff were friendly and provided cleaning halfway through our stay. Resort grounds were beautiful!! Nice pool on the beach with a wonderful covered seating area with kitchen and bbq area. Gorgeous Maui sunsets! We were able to see some humpback whales from our lounge chairs.

We were in 20H. Perfect 2 bedroom residence for our family of 4. 3 decks. 2nd floor with ocean view. Beautiful. 5 min walk to main pool and beach. The only issue was the ice cube trays, lol. The ice cube trays need an update.
