  • Unparalleled oceanfront views and serene location with a privacy garden and spacious outdoor area for relaxing and having dinner. Beautiful finishes and amenities define this restful space. Access to tennis courts, pickleball, workout center, pools and jacuzzi spa on property. Sidewalks out front lead directly onto the beach. This home is 1363 square feet - a master bedroom with a cal king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The outdoor deck area is perfect for whale watching and enjoying expansive oceanfront views. Wonderful tropical and herb garden area with Hawaiian flowers and landscaping.

Over the past 20 yrs, i’ve stayed in almost all of the Elua prime oceanfront condos. This one is the best...location, views, decor, furniture, artwork, kitchen, bed, linens, manager (Janna), etc.

The perfect truly oceanfront modern condo

Watch the whales breaching in the winter months from your patio. Top notch everything including the Alpen binoculars. Great Sonos Sound system for music ambiance control. The kitchen with everything that you wish All condos had. BBQ at least one night during your stay because you will hate to leave. Walk out your patio and straight down to beach on the grass or the path. Privacy and oceanfront view- THE BEST location in Elua Wailea. 5 star hotel bed. Our best Wailea experience. WE WILL BE BACK

Exceeded our expectations- perfection

If I could rate this property 10 stars I would. As beautiful as the photos were, seeing it in person it was even better. Perfect location, beautifully maintained grounds, private but just a few steps to the Wailea beach path. There was nothing better than sitting on the patio at the start of the day and again at the end of the day - we saw so many whales and the most beautiful sunsets. The unit was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Janna was very nice and made everything very easy she even left a gorgeous arrangement of flowers and wine for our arrival. If this unit is available - get it !! Absolutely perfect.

Beyond our expectations!

We enjoyed a week in paradise! Not only did we have a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, but the unit itself was perfect. We were so blessed that the owner of this property obviously wants his guests to fully enjoy their entire experience. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the artwork to the appliances. The beachfront walking path is near enough for access, but not close enough to intrude on privacy. We walked to the Island Gourmet at the Shops at Wailea for groceries and made use of the grill so we could enjoy the sunsets. I would really like to keep this as our little secret so we can make sure there will be availability in the future, but that would be doing a disservice to the owner. This is the place to go if you want to let go of all your cares...

Couldn't be better!

Amazing property! Obviously this unit's views and location are second to none in Wailea, but the unit is appointed leaving you wanting for nothing. The best of everything is here from kitchen appliances out of a designer magazine (wine fridge is a nice touch) to crystal wine glasses to the best local coffee and burr grinder you can buy! Forget renting any beach toys as they will be in your closet. Janna has thought of everything and if you have a question her response is immediate. Try her suggestions for a chef to come to the unit (we had Chris Kasin cook for us one evening and we won't soon forget the amazing meal) and you won't be disappointed! Truly an outstanding complete package of location, property/unit, and service!
